Josh Roy was born and raised in Kansas and has resided in the Derby area since 2000. A graduate of Wichita State University with a Business Administration Degree, he is married to Tiffany and they have three children: Hunter, Hayden, and Harper. Josh started his real estate career in 1999 and soon established himself as one of the top Wichita Realtors. Josh has been instrumental in the forming and growing of The Roy Group and establishing their comprehensive marketing program that allows their listings to sell fast and for top dollar.
