Tony Medrano, Stanford MBA and JD, began his career in the Internet in Silicon Valley after co-founding and serving as President of DoDots, a 120 person Software-as-a-Service company where he raised $25M in top-tier Venture Capital and sold DoDots SaaS platform to ABC, CNET, E*Trade, and Merriam-Webster. Tony works with clients in the Internet, SaaS and services industries on high growth, turnaround and buyout/spinout opportunities. At 3E Company he developed the company’s growth strategy which led to a $25M Management Buy Out and subsequent $110M acquisition in 2011 by Verisk Analytics (Nasdaq:VRSK) a leading provider of information about risk to professionals in insurance, healthcare, mortgage, government, and risk management. At SAIC he led the strategic efforts surrounding the first ever high technology spin out of this $10B technology services company.
