ok William fair call. I was taking the question in general way though as he asked for the best way to do this, frame or location. Most do location. End of the day we know neither is of any use and should research this.

No, please don't use the keyword tactic. You should sign up for Matt Cutts videos on YouTube to get the latest news on Google updates. Guest blogging is an issue now, regardless of if the blog has relevant content for your business. The sites that show keywords in the names, I believe only appear after the commenter has been approved to comment but I could be wrong. I have seen a pattern here though. These sites also seem to be using 'commentluv' wordpress plugin.
If you get links they should be about your brand, not keywords. That is the end of story I am afraid. Follow your competitors, research your subject and publish good content on your own blog and share it.

I'm not sure if 'masking' is the right term here for the answer?
Domain pointing for SEO provides no value anyway. You would need to review the older pages that you are wishing to redirect and determine if they had any authority before you redirect. If not then there is no point. Any redirect from a page that has SEO link value may or may not pass link juice. If it does it is less, but there are tools in google webmasters that can help but mostly site overall.

Thanks for the double confirmation Patrick. I was concerned that Rand had given this product the thumbs up and Squarespace are milking this for all its worth.
Thanks for the confirmation Tom. I cant tell you how many clients/friends have wanted SEO help with Wix/Vistaprint/Webs etc.....and then they cant rank the site on Google. I even called up Wix once to be told that Google will just find my site if I have good content and no meta title etc.......not a chance! Thanks for the link.
How do you find ranking parallax sites though? I have been pondering this.

Hi all,
Any feedback on Squarespace, SEO capabilites and ranking factors? I have a client wishing to use the platform and despite the good reviews, which appear to be from resellers by the way, the forums say not.
Although apparently Rand Fishkin, SEOMoz (yes right here!) gave them a big thumbs up “The square space team have put together a remarkable platform, SEO friendliness!
Really not sure here and don’t agree, there are many limitations and hosting with a template provider is always big no no.
Cheers

yup, agree with Edward and SEO5. EMD cannot be relied upon. Add the content and pages as sub-pages. SEO those pages and link througout the site to these pages. No need for separate domains.
thanks, pls let me know asap as have a new large client waiting for reports.
cheers

Hi,
I run an individual On Page report for a particular URL, then I export as pdf. The URL appears in the pdf and looks fine but when you click on it it goes to a 'page not found'. I know the URL is correct. When I hover over the URL in the pdf i notice that the word 'Good' is at the end of my URL but I did not put this in there. if I give the report to a client it doesn't look so good.
