Valerie launched VSA in 2001, after 18 years in Marketing Management and Consulting roles at American Express, Travelers, CIGNA, PricewaterhourCoopers, and KPMG Consulting.
Valerie believes her prior roles focusing on delivering bottom line results, quickly grasping and developing solutions to client needs, and the deployment and process improvements have proven to be the perfect background for her leadership of VSA. Plus, Valerie is a self-proclaimed workaholic and has an eye for talent.
Valerie earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
