Well the answer could be if the link in the comment is about the same subject than the article, sometimes "spam" is kind of subjetive matter.

Not silly, it can be good in a linkbuilding strategy te get links nofollow, the links nofollow are important to have 50% nofollow links and 50% follow links to looks a natural linkbuilding to the eyes of google. But the links you can get in the comments in the form to get the link in the username, no in the body of the comment.

Fantastic, always when you need to solve this, usually look in the theme directory you are using, it is where it print the content, and like php developers, the folder "includes" is where the header.php, content.php sidebar.php or footer.php are (or similar), is the folder to put this files to not repeat this code again and again in all urls.

I can´t see what cms you are using (not wordpress, drupal or joomla), probably is in a theme template, in a folder call includes, the file the print the header, probably header.php or something, depends the cms or the structure.

Hi Ronnel, in my case, the most important of my url (after the home) is missing in all google search, i tried to crawl in many ways but it´s like is not posible to recover, it´s strange becouse i did not heard this can of penalty, that happened the 12 of this month. (sorry for my english, i´m spanish).
UPDATE: i´ve just recover from my situatio prior 12, :), i don´t know how

Thanks very much for the answer, i know about the hreflanf, with sub-folder i think for the principal language you can omitted the sub-folder: example.com for spanish and example.com/en for english, but not so sure if that is good.

I did have a similar issue in the past with a client and we used to have the same problem, with the solution Sean gives should it be resolved.
