How can I go from PR3 to PR4 ?
Hi guys ! I'm a one guy army here trying to get my website rank from PR3 to PR4. I have really great content (the website is an industry standard) that's about 80 pages. I currently rank PR3 (find my stats down there). Anyone have an idea on an action plan to get to the next level ? I don't have a budget, I just have manpower (more or less 1h seo everyday + one day a week to write content).
