Why is my Page Rank 0.

Hi,
I am trying to understand why my Page Rank is 0. Many forums say that it is because my site has been blocked by google.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

You're not blocked by Google, your site is indexed in G no probs. You do need to cultivate some backlinks to earn pagerank. The site's fairly new, looks like the domain was purchased only a few months ago. Pagerank takes time, and consider that the pagerank number in the toolbar is updated only 1-4 times a year.
Concentrate on building your mozrank with quality links. The easiest way to get started would be some of the directories with better reputations as seen here http://www.seomoz.org/directories , fill out your profile on aboutus.org/davincidrivers.com and request a dofollow link, and work on getting links from relevant sources.

webfeatseo: I do not think I have been blocked by Google. If I search for my website using Google and then Google finds it wouldn't that mean that I am not blocked by Google?
Keri Morget: I am trying to fix the memory problem now however, I am not getting that error.

Well OSE shows that you have 0 links.
Is your site new? Its probably cause you have no links and you cannot get PR with no links.
Have you done anything to be blocked by Google?

Does no-indexed page has an impact on bounce rate
my question is: I have a page that contains some external links, I know when visitors click on them and leave my site it hurts my bounce rate, But I have a solution for that, I am using external link redirection code, with this code after users clicking on external links they are not leaving my site and first went to some link like this: "http://mysite.com/redirect/https://externalsite.com/" and after 10 seconds they redirect to the external site, I make this redirect page noindex and nofollow. but the question is does this noindex page can decrease my page bounce rate because users don't leave my site and first go to another page of my site. but I don't know does no-indexed page has an impact on bounce rate or my struggle is worthless

Redirects affect on page and domain authority
Hi - excuse me if this is stupid question but I'm rather new to this. Currently the PA for the home page is 16 and the DA 28 and I have some concerns that my efforts are being diluted. When I use OSE on www.sassandgrace.co.uk I get different link results to sassandgrace.co.uk but there is a redirect in place to sassandgrace.co.uk and cannot run a crawl report, for example, on www.sassandgrace.co.uk. The PA and DA are identical for each but the number of links different With a smallish number of links pointing to each but with a redirect in place, am I losing some of the effect or is having the redirect in place giving me all the credit for links to both addresses? While link building, should I link to index page of my website i.e www.mydomainname.com/index.html or should I link to root domain i.e www.mydomainname,com Also I see duplicate title error for index page and root domain in error statistic. How can I get rid of this.

Should I 301 Redirect The index.html Page?
Hello, As an experiment I am trying to work with an SBI site but am noticing index.html is being forced on me as the homepage. As I understand it's good practice to 301 redirect the index.html page to the to the actual home page. Can someone please confirm that I am right in thinking this? Here is an example: http://www.anguilla-beaches.com/index.html

http://www.anguilla-beaches.com/ According to yahoo 773 links are pointing to the index.html page and 771 links are pointing to the / page. I'm sure Google knows that these are the same pages and does not consider them as duplicate but surely the index.html page should be redirected right? am I going mad here? Now if we look at this site: http://www.jugglenow.com the homepage has 198 links according to yahoo
