Hey Mozzerenos,
Our Blogscape tool is going to have intermittent outages. There is no ETA when this will be fixed, because we are using the data to develop a more robust tool set. For now there will be outages and data issues for the stand alone tool, but we think it is worth it. When you see the future blog/freshscape incarnations, we hope you will too. Our apologies for the inconvenience. For now you can monitor your social media with our Social Analytics in our web app. Check out more info here: http://www.seomoz.org/help/social-analytics

Is it okay to have different gmail ids for Google plus and Google webmaster tools?
It was good until I have had this new website where Google plus has got an active account but under different id and the site has got its analytics and webmaster tools account set under another id. If I simply verify the site, will it be able to track authorship and social signals? Your opinions, help and guidance will be appreciated

Request: Feedback on new free tool that provides social analytics for recent blog posts
We have created a tool that provides "at a glance social metrics" for the URLs listed in an RSS feed. Its intended purposes are: Monitor the social success of your recent blog posts Spy on the social success of your competitors' recent blog posts Quickly analyze a blog for social sharing metrics to determine whether it is a good outreach prospect or guest post opportunity Check out the tool at http://www.rypmarketing.com/tools/rss-social-analyzer.php I've attached a report run on the YouMoz RSS feed. Would love to hear some feedback on the tool... Do you think the tool is useful? Nice, but not worthwhile? What could be done to improve it? What ways do you think it will be most useful? Thanks! Tool/Method to find users on Twitter from a CSV file
I'm attempting to find users to follow and receive reciprocal follows for a client on twitter. Through the company's newsletter database, I have a CSV file of somewhere in the range of 20,000 email addresses and names. I've been importing them 250 at a time into an empty Gmail account then connecting that with twitter each time to find some of them. However, a lot of the PEOPLE using the email addresses on the mailing list are not on twitter but their COMPANY is. To find the company, I can obviously drop the name@ part of the email and just search by the domain but this becomes tedious real quick since it has to be one by one and cannot be bulk imported/searched. Are there any tools/ideas out there to more easily find twitter users based on a larger set of keywords and/or domain names?

What Tools Do You Use For SEO Social Media Audits?
Hi, With a the growing trend towards social media signals starting to have a decent impact on Search Engine algorithms, i'd like to know what tools people use for "social media site audits". I generally use a fair amount of manual observations for social media profiles such as profile completeness. Hubspot offer a few really nice tools over at http://grader.com/ that allows a quick 'score' for an account. I then take a look at the 'buzz' around a company over a few mediums such as Twitter Search, Google blog search, BoardReader, HowSociable.com and SocialMention.com Facebook Insights is good (if you own the domain) for testing the number of likes. Im still yet to see a decent tool for testing entire domains for # retweets, Diggs etc. What are your favourite tools for SEO Social Media Audits?
