Unsolved Moz doesn't find backlinks for months / link tracking list offline

 Hi there
I want to share a big problem with you. Moz tracking list seems to be offline or having trouble finding links. I have an example:
The page where the backlink has been placed was created months ago. As you can see on the picture:
Link to the page is http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/profile/tableauxdumonde
Backlink on that page is https://ggongtime.com/Picture shows clearly that the page of backlink (Microsoft) has been indexed and already has got it's own backlinks in Moz (8) but it is still not linking to the backlink website (ggongtime.com).
I've also attached a picture of page source where you can clearly see that it is a html link and is dofollow.
The problem remains since 3 months and I want to find out what is going on. This Microsoft page is one of example. There are hundreds of other pages being found, or not, and are still not showing up in Link Explorer on website's portfolio.
I want to know if there is a technical problem with link explorer, or anything else, because this is a serious problem for me.

Hello, I understand your concern regarding the issue you're facing with Moz tracking lists and the discrepancy in backlink recognition. It seems like you've provided a detailed example, including the page link, backlink, and relevant screenshots, which is very helpful. If you've been experiencing this problem for the past three months and it involves numerous pages on my site, it does raise questions about the functionality of Moz's Link Explorer or the potential for a technical glitch. It's essential to get to the bottom of this to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of backlinks, which are crucial for assessing a website's performance. I recommend reaching out directly to Moz's customer support or technical team to report the issue. They might be able to provide specific insights into whether this is a known problem, if there have been recent updates to their algorithms, or if there's any troubleshooting that can be done on your end. It's crucial to address this matter promptly, given the impact accurate backlink data can have on SEO strategies. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I hope you find a resolution soon.

		Backlink builder (Professional)
If I wanted to hire a professional person to build high quality backlinks for me, where would I look? I'm asking here because I'd rather go on the recommendation of other businesses owners, than a google search. Does anyone have a person that they can recommend? It's for an insurance agency in Texas. Unsolved Anyone else finding that the Link Intersection tool is not accurate?
I ran the Link Intersect tool on my site vs competitor's site. The first 3 domains it tells me the competitor has links from but I do not are: medium.com, behance.net, and moz.com. I thought this was odd because I know for a fact I built profiles with a link on all 3 sites. So, I went to all 3 and found my links on these sites. I also double-checked in the Google search console and they show up there. Am I understanding the tool wrong? Is it really showing me sites we both have vs what I don't have? Moz Tools | | pcannon0

I have a client who wants to have their own Moz login. I want to move them out on to a new plan from the Standard (5 campaigns) plan. Can I do this?
For years I've been managing campaigns in Moz through Moz Pro. This enables up to 5 campaigns. One of my clients wants access to their campaign and are happy to pay for a new Moz Standard account just for them. My question is - can this be done? They would like my company (or more specifically me) to still have admin access to the account. I'm confused as to whether multi-seat is the right way to go? I don't want my client to login to my current Moz Pro account as I have other client's campaigns on it. Can anyone help as to the best approach. Product Support | | T_Cooper0
