Unsolved Google My Business and Virtual Offices
-
Moz support suggests that the community may be able to answer this question, and I would appreciate the help.
I own a coworking space that offers virtual office services. Based on my reading of Google's guidelines, A virtual office doesn't qualify for a GMB listing. However, multiple virtual office sites are offering GMB PIN codes if the member signs up for 6 months of service. The claim is that Google will see the address as "stable" after 6 months.
The only possible reference I can find for this is 6 months for SEO results. Google expressly states, "virtual offices are not eligible for a business profile."
Thanks for any feedback

Hi, when it comes to local SEO, its much better to not use a virtual office, if possible. the reason being there will be most likely possibly, be hundreds of other businesses using the same address. So, we sometimes, recommend using a virtual address for a short period, until the business gets its own business premises, does this help you?

@Acrowe People who are providing virtual address may or may not be fake.
Best method is
1-Register a company in that address
2-Create GMB on that address
3-Verify it though postal code
Note: There are also other ways to approve GMB. -
Hello Acrowe,
I think you should avoid this virtual address all together, as you will probably end up with a zillion of other businesses using the same address for their business.
I suggest to go with the information you find from Google.

Validating Google+ on Moz Local
Hello, On Moz Local it is showing up an incorrect google listing for the business I work for. In my actual Google account there is only one Google listing and it is correct but this correct version doesn't appear on Moz Local. I have followed the criteria to meet your google listing so I am confused in what to do. Many thanks,

Moz Local - Multiple Business Customers
Hi,
Moz Local | | rufo
I've looked at Moz Local as it now seems to include UK based submissions.
It looks great. However as I have a number of customers that would benefit from the service I wanted to know if MOZ lets you submit numerous businesses or is it just for the business that you have your account with. I really want to use the service for customers but I'm not sure whether its just a single company with the possibility of multiple addresses or if its multiple businesses. Thanks in advance,

Which "business type" is most appropriate for MozLocal?
We are trying to select our "business type" for MozLocal. It's not clear what the implication is by choosing one over the other: brick and mortar or service area? Does anyone understand the criteria to choose one over the other, and when and how is this used by local listings? Thanks.

Moz local is telling me that I don't have a Google+ listing when I actually do. What is the problem?
I have about 7 of my clients listings currently in Moz Local. It's showing that we don't have a Google+ listing when we actually do. Everything I have in Google My Business (NAP) matches what I have in Moz Local. It's a service based business and Google has recommended that we hide the address since consumers don't actually visit my clients location. Could that be the issue? If so, how do we take care of this?

My client just updated his Google physical address. It shows up as unverified now. How long until Google verifies?
How long will it take until my client's address is verified on Google and I can use Moz Local?

Moz Local doesn't have Categories for my clients business
Moz Local doesn't have Categories for my clients business, for that matter neither does Google Business: Using the Moz category tool- and Superpages, where we have been listed for a long time, the following categories have no MOZ local or Google Equivalent. Millwright CRATES & CRATING INDUSTRIAL PACKING & CRATING CRANES, HOISTING, & RIGGING SERVICES MACHINERY MOVERS & ERECTORS EXPORT CONSULTANTS RIGGERS EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES this makes fitting into Local search very difficult at best. Since the Moving category is so crowded, and brings in 99 household moves to one legitimate industrial move or rigging jobs. So is it best just not to pay for Moz local? How do we get Moz Local and google to add these important industrial local categories?

How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)
I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
