Solved Payment Issue in Subscription Upgrade

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade from the Starter to the Standard plan, but I keep encountering an error: "Failed to send subscription update to Stripe." Could you please assist me in making the switch?

Hi @Devesh_Chauhan , my name is Andrew, from the Moz Customer Support team. I've modified your plan to the Moz Pro Standard plan as you wanted. This has attempted to charge you a pro-rated amount immediately, but some authentication is required by your bank to ensure this charge goes through. I believe you will have received an email about this, if not please contact your bank and ask them about 3D Secure. Once that authentication is complete, the charge will go through and you'll be on the Moz Pro Standard subscription as requested.

the same problem i have been facing right from since 2 months I have tried but I can upgrade to Moz pro -

Could it be that your browser, is stopping a page from popping up? such as the payment page? this happens with some e-commerce businesses.

Why have I been charged by Moz for a Pro Subscription?
I recently used the trial free 1 month subscription for Moz Pro as it was suggested in a continued education course I was doing. My email was hacked and I had no access to it for which I had no access to Moz and while getting my email sorted, I got this message that they have charged me and it has come off my account for next month. They also took the money off my account which is extremely difficult for me as I am a student and cannot afford an expense as such. This is creating havoc for me. Currently Moz Pro a service charged in US$ is too expensive for me in India as a student. Any advice on how to get this amount reversed. Today is the day the invoice was sent and immediately afterwards they charged me the amount.

I've seemed to have a load of issues as of late. Subscription payment issue
Hello, Moz community. I have a big problem, today by accident i suppose i was charged 149$ for the Moz Pro subscription plan, but i have already earlier today canceled my subscription plan.

Now Moz is a great seo based application, but i was only testing the field and do not need those kind of services and plus living in a third world country 149$ would literally mess my whole month. They also took the money off my account also happened after I queried the invoice received this morning and after immediately cancelling the trial period. This is unethical. Currently Moz Pro a service charged in US$ is too expensive for my consultancy in South Africa. Any advice on how to get this amount reversed. Can i pause a a subscription?
I really love the features. I don't need the tool and the results permanently. I believe that if i could deactivate and reactivate an account, then i would be a happy customer. This way i am forced to cancel all and resetup all the time. Is there a way to "pause" an account? Best regards, Csaba
