Webmaster tools

Hi there, I have access to my sebsite writeing www.piensapiensa.es or www.piensapiensa.com. What domain should I add to the webmasters tools? Should I have to do some kind of 301 direction from piensapiensa.com to piensapiensa.com as the main market is in Spain?
Thanks.

Hi Juan Miguel Callejas Romero,
It looks to me as though those two websites are identical. I would definitely settle on one of those domains and then set a 301 from the 'discontinued' domain to the new one.
If you have a market outside of spain, I'd probably advise you go with the .com. If I'm in the UK and see an .es domain I'm unlikely to click on it. Conversely, if you're exclusively in Spain and as a Spanish resident I see .es in a sea of .com's I'd likely click on that.
In summary: select the TLD which you think will have the best click-through rate (analytics may shine a light on this) and then 301 the other to that domain.

For webmaster tools, you authenticate each site separately. These are different country level top level domains, and will be separate entries in webmaster tools. In addition, if you have different subdomains on the sites, www, my.peinsa, news.piensa, or anything else, you set those up each as a separate entry in webmaster tools.
You can geotarget the different sites/subdomains in webmaster tools as well - it really depends on the setup of your sites and the targeting you want to implement.

Looking for a Tool to Assist with Site Optimization. Does it already exist?
I'm looking for a tool that can help us quickly identify web pages on a client's site that contain a selected keyword phrase.
On-Page Optimization | | RosemaryB
I would like to enter say 100 keyword phrases and the client's URL and receive a report that shows - for each keyword - the client URLs that contained that exact phrase. Does anyone know of a tool that can do this? Thank you, Rosemary Brisco0 -
Is Anybody Familiar With This SEO Reporting Tool?
Just for kicks, I decided to pay 5 bucks for an SEO Report on a website I was working on for a client. Yea FIVERR. The report was actually not too bad and I was able to clean up a bunch of stuff. Here is a link to other sites on the internet who use this tool. I would like to use it for myself so I'm trying to figure out the source of the report. Here are a few urls to the reports. Remove the two stars in the URL. I don't want to give them a backlink. http://rapid**purple.com/services/free-seo-analysis/

SEOMOZ tool - on page optmization question
Ok, I had the tool examine a page and while I got an A, it did say this..... Avoid Keyword Self-Cannibalization Easy fix <dl> <dt>Cannibalizing link</dt> <dd>"Kitchen Storage Racks", "Home Storage Racks", "Garage Storage Racks", "Wine Storage Racks", "Bicycle Storage Racks", and "wine storage racks"Explanation</dd> <dd>It's a best practice in SEO to target each keyword with a single page on your site (sometimes two if you've already achieved high rankings and are seeking a second, indented listing). To prevent engines from potentially seeing a signal that this page is not the intended ranking target and creating additional competition for your page, we suggest staying away from linking internally to another page with the target keyword(s) as the exact anchor text. Note that using modified versions is sometimes fine (for example, if this page targeted the word 'elephants', using 'baby elephants' in anchor text would be just fine).</dd> <dt>Recommendation</dt> <dd>Unless there is intent to rank multiple pages for the target keyword, it may be wise to modify the anchor text of this link so it is not an exact match.</dd> </dl> The keyword that was optimized was "storage racks". In the explanation it says that baby elephants is fine if elephants is your keyword so why isn't wine storage racks or kitchen storage racks ok what is the difference? why is mine cannibalizing but baby elephants is not? This may be very simplistic to you all but I'm learning as i go, thank you in advance

Term Extractor Tool?
I want to check content (Keyword Density and such) for a page before I load it to the server. The Term Extractor Tool is great for pages already loaded on the site but what if I want to scan content before I upload it? Is there a tool out there where I can cut and paste content from a program like word and have it scanned for keyword relevancy prior to uploading it? Thanks
