Are "Redirect 303 & Iframe" types of backlinks? google count them?

Mostly no on iFrames, or not in a reliable way. Redirect 303 is more uncommon, but similar to a 302. Either one is not the way to permanently send old content to new. Ahrefs Backlinks VS Moz Backlinks
HI Team and members We have website related to jobs in Pakistan and we purchased 5 niche edits backlinks to a specific page " MES Jobs 2021" In ahrefs it show only 2 backlinks to that page but in moz 0 backlinks but in actually there are 5 links. My root domain : example.com is permanent 301 redirect to https://example.com via .htaaccess Question : 1 - If i want get backlinks from other websites is backlinks should point my https domain or non https domain. Hey guys, With all this anti over optimization movement going around with Google, I decided to do a link building profile audit. I see some pages with PR 0 and some pages that expired. My websites are not penalized at this moment, however I do want to avoid this at all costs. What can I do? Could a backlink from an expired domain penalize my site?

I have heard that edu and gov backlinks are important but how so in a niche area like mine - real estate? Perhaps I am missing the point but I do not see how either type of site would ever backlink to a commercial real estate entity. If these are that important in theory, are they obtainable in practice?
