Sitemap.xml change to anchor links (converter)

Hi all,
I would like import the sitemap.xml to an anchorlinks list. List with links navigatetion html ^^. Is there a posibility to use a tool or in excel? Because I will use 5000 products and 1000 brands.

I think I understand what you are trying to do, but I may be off with the semantics. The xml sitemap (at it's most basic level) is just a centralized list of links for pages that are on your site to help the search engines find pages without having to crawl all of the pages on your site. They do not contain any anchor text in them.
If you are wanting to crawl your site and find out what all your anchor text is internally, I would use a tool like Screaming Frog.
If you are trying to extract information from your sitemap.xml then you would need to use a combination of a text editor and excel. Say your URL structure includes product and brand information and you have all the URLs in a sitemap. You can pull that document into a text editor and then use the "Find and replace" function to get rid of all the extraneous code and then you can be left with just the URLs on one line. You can then use the excel function "Text to columns" to then split out the URL into sections based on slashes or dashes. If you have Screaming Frog, it will extract all the URLs for you and then you can split out the info in excel as well. Use Google to find examples of how to run the tools mentioned above in detail.
If I am totally off, please give a more detailed explanation of what you are trying to do and that will help as well.

What is the difference between anchor text and external links?
I understand you 'Pro's' may fins this a silly question. But I'm a visual learner and I can't seem to grasp this. I've read the pages MOZ has provided on anchor text and external links and my question is, how are they different? And which one is more important to seo? Can someone who has a great ability to simplify things, please help me understand this. They seem very similar to me but, I know there has to be more to it. External links: External Links are hyperlinks that point at (target) any domain other than the domain the link exists on (source) **Anchor Text: **Anchor text is the visible characters and words that hyperlinks display when linking to another document or location on the web. What is a good ratio of total links to linking root domains?
Is 100 total links for every linking domain too high? I suppose I could also look at ratios of sites that are doing well in the rankings.

Hi everyone, I just started working for a client in a new niche. After reviewing the backlink profiles of his competitors I can see that the top sites are using a ton of link exchanges. They are from really spammy sites too. The kind that will link to anyone that provides a link back. Anyone else seeing much of this?

Do links within imbeddable widgets carry link juice?
I'm dipping my toes into infographic design. On of my desired outcomes is to gain links by having other sites embed my graphic. I'm considering using Tableau's interactive data visualization software to do so; thus creating a widget, embedding it on my blog, and including the embed code for others to post. Is it possible to include a juice passing link in such an infographic? I know its possible to include links inside the tableau graphic but not sure if they have straight SEO value. If these links are not juice passing would it be better to go with a simple image link that passes value?
