Why google index my IP URL

hi guys, a question please. if site:112.65.247.14 , you can see google index our website IP address, this could duplicate with our darwinmarketing.com content pages. i am not quite sure why google index my IP pages while index domain pages, i understand this could because of backlink, internal link and etc, but i don't see obvious issues there, also i have submit request to google team to remove ip address index, but seems no luck. Please do you have any other suggestion on this? i was trying to do change of address setting in Google Webmaster Tools, but didn't allow as it said "Restricted to root level domains only", any ideas? Thank you!

thanks Roger, yes I did submit sitemap and i agree that is TIME Length issue.

That's normal. I'd strongly suggest implementing a 301 in this case, as others have suggested.

That is normal i think. You have to fix this. It is a dup content nightmare. It wouldn't hurt to add rel canonical also although it shouldn't matter if you 301.
Google will eventually stop crawling the IP urls once they realize the correct URL.
Did you submit a sitemap too?

thanks, saibose, i tried 301 before, but i found a problem that log showed Googlebot receive 2 times http response on the same page, 1st is 301, then 200, eg:
www.darwinmarketing.com/seo/ http code: 301
www.darwinmarketing.com/seo/ http code: 200then I think this is not good, as each page google crawled produce 2 http response and seemed crawl quantity reduced, then i gave up 301 redirection.

Google removal requests take a while to get answered (considering the volumes they have to handle). Its best to wait out for sometime. In the meatime, you could add a 301 to your IP to your root domain name from your .htaccess file.

Search Console - Should I request to index redirected URL or Mark as fixed?
Hi all, Many blog posts used to be showing 404s when doing crawl tests and in search console (despite being there when visited.) I realized it was an issue with URL structure. It used to be example.com/post-name I've fixed the issue by changing the URL structure in Wordpress so that they now follow the structure of example.com/post-type/post-name According to sitemaps, Google has now indexed all posts in /post-type/post-name. My question is what to do with crawl errors in Search Console that are still there for example.com/postname. When I fetch, I get a redirect status (which is accurate). At this point should I request to index or mark as fixed? Thank you!

Using the Google Remove URL Tool to remove https pages
I have found a way to get a list of 'some' of my 180,000+ garbage URLs now, and I'm going through the tedious task of using the URL removal tool to put them in one at a time. Between that and my robots.txt file and the URL Parameters, I'm hoping to see some change each week. I have noticed when I put URL's starting with https:// in to the removal tool, it adds the http:// main URL at the front. For example, I add to the removal tool:- https://www.mydomain.com/blah.html?search_garbage_url_addition On the confirmation page, the URL actually shows as:- http://www.mydomain.com/https://www.mydomain.com/blah.html?search_garbage_url_addition I don't want to accidentally remove my main URL or cause problems. Is this the right way this should look? AND PART 2 OF MY QUESTION If you see the search description in Google for a page you want removed that says the following in the SERP results, should I still go to the trouble of putting in the removal request? www.domain.com/url.html?xsearch_... A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt – learn more.

Site removed from Google Index
Hi mozers, Two months ago we published http://aquacion.com We registered it in the Google Webmaster tools and after a few day the website was in the index no problem. But now the webmaster tools tell us the URLs were manually removed. I've look everywhere in the webmaster tools in search for more clues but haven't found anything that would help me. I sent the acces to the client, who might have been stupid enough to remove his own site from the Google index, but now, even though I delete and add the sitemap again, the website won't show in Google SERPs. What's weird is that Google Webmaster Tools tells us all the page are indexed. I'm totally clueless here... Ps. : Added screenshots from Google Webmaster Tools. Update Turns out it was my mistake after all. When my client developped his website a few months ago, he published it, and I removed the website from the Google Index. When the website was finished I submited the sitemap, thinking it would void the removal request, but it don't. Google not indexing my website
Hi guys, We have this website http://www.m-health-expo.nl/ but it is not indexed by google. In webmaster tools google says that it can not fetch the site due to the robots.txt but i do not see any faults in it. http://www.m-health-expo.nl/robots.txt Do you see something strange, it really bothers me.

Homepage no longer indexed in Google
Have been working on a site and the hompage has recently vanished from Google. I submit the site to Google webmaster tools a couple of days ago and checked today and the homepage has vanished. There are no no follow tags, and no robots.txt stopping the page from being crawled. It's a bit of a worry, the site is http://www.beyondthedeal.com

Best Google Practice for Hacked SIte: Shift Servers/IP or Disavow?
Hi - Over the past few months, I've identified multiple sites which are linking into my site and creating fake pages (below is an example and there's over 500K+ of similar links from various sites}. I've attempted to contact the hosting companies, etc. with little success. Was wondering if my best course of action might be at this point: A) which servers (or IP address). Directory Indexed in Google, that I dont want, How to remove?
Hi One of my own websites, having a slight issue, Google have indexed over 500+ pages and files from a template directory from my eCommerce website. In google webmaster tools, getting over 580 crawl errors mostly these ones below I went into my robots text file and added Disallow: /skins*
