Too many links in my blog post created by comments. Should I worry?

Every year, we do a popular "Favourite pictures of the year" contest where people vote on the best picture (i.e: their mate's) in order to win something.
But I just found that I'm going way over the "Too many links" limit and I think it's because of all the comments.
1. Is it a problem
2. Is there a way to de-activate the links?

If it's just a matter of link count, I wouldn't worry about it. If the comments are clearly spammy, then I htink M.-J. is exactly right - you need to moderate and remove those comments. It is possible for a large number of spammy comments (with outbound links) to cause problems with a site. It's not just an SEO issue - it looks bad to legitimate visitors as well. If you can't moderate, nofollow would be the next best option (the only other option, really).
If you've got 200 links on the page, though, and the comments are 95% legitimate, it's fine. It's just a popular post.

No reason too worry, as others have said. I don't advise nollow, actually - in general, I believe comments should be moderated; if they are spammy they'll never be followed because they won't be approved. But a clearly stated moderation policy that lets readers know that substantive comments are appreciate - and rewarded with a followed link - encourages good contribution, IMO.

Don't worry. Actually, comments are probably doing more good (fresh ugc), than harm.

I wouldn't think that is too much to worry about. If it did have an affect, it would only affect that particular page. As Remco said, perhaps a plugin would work, but then again I wouldn't worry about it.

Maybe it is an idea to set the links on that page to nofollow..
I dont know where your blog is running on but there is probably a plugin to do so.

Value of Links? What is each link worth?
Morning Everyone, I just had this thought and wondered what everyone's opinions were in terms of link value in monetary terms. We'll assume for the purposes of this that the links come from contextually relevant sites and that the sites in question have got the Moz DA from being high quality and have a good quality incoming link profile. Its a bit of a theoretical question, but i guess imagine if the only way you could get links was to pay for them, what would they be worth to you. This is link value for SEO purposes, they will have in addition value from traffic from good sites, that no doubt varies wildly depending on topic. I assume everyone also agrees on: The first link from a domain is the most valuable High DA sites are worth more than low ones. So could anyone who has an opinion on the link value suggest a monetary value for links. Its really just using a monetary amount to see how best to target my time. Here is my example of what might be expected, but I am hoping people with more knowledge will perhaps correct it. Reposting Blog posts on 3rd party sites
We have a few informational blog posts that are valuable to some readers. We have posted them in our blog but were contemplating posting them on 3rd party blogging websites such as Blogger, Squidoo, etc.. Ideally we would continue to maintain these accounts with multiple blog posts, but would all be reposts of the original blog. These are not half english blog posts just hoping to gain a better Google rank. They will provide value to the readers who might not be finding their way to our website directly. Is posting these blog posts on the 3rd party websites, linking back to the original article and maybe some products that are related to the specific document going to negatively affect our rankings due to the duplication of the content?

Best way to structure a service area page with many locations to maximize internal links to them?
Currently our service area page (http://www.njlimocarservice.com/services.html) very sloppily lists many of the towns we serve in multiple counties - over 50 approx (scroll down). They have been placed that way so there is links to them from one of the subpages directly linked from the root domain. I am now attempting to make it pretty and organized with my designer. I intend to maintain a link to each individual town/landing page for SEO purposes to keep it close to root domain. My questions is how to best structure this. I don't want to list by county because some people don't know what county the town is in. However an alphabetical list may be overkill as there is so many. The other option is to get a search form or dropdown list on there but how will my landing pages be recognized by crawlers if there is no internal links from my root domain? Eventually we plan to expand further so what happens when we add 100+ landing pages? What will then happen to my internal link juice? Thanks!

How many links with page authority to beat competition if we already score 62
How many links with page authority do I need to beat or get closer to competitor with page score 78 and domain authority score 72, if we already score 68 on page and 62 domain authority. This is in one of many beauty product markets. I ask because there is a company offering me for $80 each 10 links with higher than 70 page score (up to 80) and higher than 74 domain score (up to 86). All the other factors: number of links and social are almost the same for our website and the competitor's
