With the shut down of the SEOMoz marketplace what are some other resources for finding people to help with SEO tasks? Craigslist seems like the best resource for this, but are there any other good ones?

Depends what sort of tasks. We've employed people from elance for basic semi-spammy basic link building techniques as well as some mid-level site analysis type requests and had mixed results. The key (of course) is their feedback. Stay with the major players and you can't go too far wrong.
