Two websites with similar products

I have two websites with similar products with different tld.I have a keywords that is comman in both.One site is at top in google with that keyword and one is not.Can we implement 301 redirect from one domain to another domain for that keyword or google will consider it spammy?Please help me out.

I know 301 redirect is not spammy but i am redirecting a page from one domain to different domain for a keyword .

Bilal, since you already have one at the top of google why not come up with a different strategy to try and get the second site moving up in google rankings? Sounds like it cold be a good springboard to try some experimentation in optimizing for better ranking.
Unless your simply wanting to merge the sites and concentrate solely on the one site.

Product Images with organic results in SERP
Hey Mozzers, I've noticed that several of our product page results in Google have the product image associated with them. Today is the first day I've seen this. Does anyone know anything about these? Has Google put anything out about this? How to create a tree-like structure map of a website?
Hi all, The online marketing manager requested to make a tree-like map of the website. He means that he would like to see a graphical representation of the website and his contents.
