Where I can find a backlink community exchange?
-
I know is difficult but it's worth to try.
I am looking for a community eager to exchange links.
I am in the venue rent for weeding and conferences in London and I would be delighted to find other people to exchange the links. At the moment my page is PR4
I have seen communities for games where they exchange anything, why don't link exchange!!!!

Thank you very much indeed Robert, I was traying to take a highway. I am goin to be more careful

Luis,
I am going to suggest you find other ways of getting links. Your first line is a major redflag: I am looking for a community eager to exchange links. I believe the folks at Google would see your effort as a scheme to build pagerank...
Given that I have gone to your site and see you have some decent links and PA/DA, why risk it with taking the easy way out?
Good Luck,
Robert

Backlinks and Domain Authority
Hi there, I have a question on backlinks. I have seen conflicting stories about it, and hoping someone with a vast amount of experience will be able to help me (If you could please be so kind). Now I understand the difference between 'no-follow' links and 'follow' links. I have accumulated quite a few 'no-follow' links through things like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter etc. I understand that they won't feed my site authority or trust; or anything of that sort (I do work on content too, and have gotten a few follow links, don't worry). Now I have seen conflicting answers to the actual importance of them. Some things I have read are saying that SEs completely ignore them (NFL), and they don't even consider them a 'link', but rather a user tool to further the experience of the reader on your site. Which is fair enough, but then people are turning around and also saying that Google relies heavily on them, and they only make up 5% of the internet or something. I have even read something saying they are the only ones worth getting (I know that is bs, but they must have a reason behind this thought?). If someone could enlighten me as to a 'ideal' ratio, and also any little known authoritative sites I could look at submitting content to. I am in the plumbing business, and doing my own sites, so I'm no expert. Also, what are the importance of comment links? I don't go for them, but don't know if I should? Sorry for the mouthful, but I would really appreciate help on this matter. Kindest regards, Kyle The Plumber Bro's The Electrician Bro's

Backlinks In Blogs
Hello! A direct competitor of my has a ton of backlinks exact anchor text on their inner pages coming from blogger blogs. How can they get away with this? Are they using different C blocks? Or are they paying for these links? The anchor text is Not anywhere in any of the blogs but it the side/bar colomn which follow through the entire site, so when I analyze the link anchor text OSE show ups several different pages from the same blog. Any help would be Greatly Appreciated!!!!! Thanks

Is this considered as Excessive Link Exchange?
Hi, I have two similar websites hosted on the same hosting plan. However, they are on 2 different IP addresses. The last 3 digits differ. Site A: 120.30.30.150 Site B: 120:30.30.151 The problem is that I have significant drops in rankings since the first site A linked to site B. The links were 2000 submitted all at once because of site A's structure. Later, I put no follow attribute in order to tell Google "please don't count those". I keep doing link building for the second website from mostly articles and still see up and downturns which are too big (10-12 positions back). Is it possible that somehow Google still considers links form the first site to the second site as excessive link exchange? I clearly cannot find any other logical reason for these drops. I don't do forum, blog comments spam, I regularly check webmaster tools for messages about unnatural links, I do article posting. I will highly appreciate any opinion on the matter. Thank you in advance Mozzers

Can bad backlinks harm your website?
Hi, This has been discussed to death over the web on many forums, some discussions are even very heated arguing both sides. So... from what I have read on seomoz the answer to this question is... YES. And if one was so inclined to build bad backlinks to a competitor it would have a negative effect. Agree?

Should I outsource any SEO work or can I do it all?
My website needs a lot of improvement and we are working on it but I also don't want to fall behind on the SEO work. I am guessing that I can do much of it myself through SEOmoz.org but is there a part that busy folks should get others to do? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Utah Tiger

Backlinks... If you can beat them & join them?!
I have a competitor who has swooped in on most of the key search terms in my niche, solely through artificial backlinking. There is a direct and obvious correlation between this link building and rise in the serps. I know the mantra around here is creating good content and gaining real links, which I am doing. But I am waiting to unleash this content during a site relaunch which is months away. I don't want to sit around and do nothing while this site makes money and builds their list. I have money to spend and want to go head to head with this site. Would it make sense for me to go and copy all of the links this competitor has built? At least 90% of them are profiles, article subs and blog comments. Also, what do you think would be the best way to tackle this? Any guidance as always is appreciated.

Good guest blogging communities?
Besides My Blog Guest, does anyone know of any good guest blogging communities? The aforementioned, based on my few weeks of use, seems like a great community for guest blogging. Curious if any similar sites exist.
