How can I download all of my backlinks?

In Opensiteexplorer it shows 16700 backlinks, but as I tryied various ways including advance report, with no filter I am getting only 1000+ links.
How can I download all of my 16700 backlinks?

OSE will download up to 25 links from a single domain. Are some of those site-wide links in a footer perhaps?

Try a combination of Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools and OSE. (If you had access to Majestic why not mine that source also) Throw all results in a spread sheet and remove duplicates.

Source page showsI have 2 h1 tags on my page. I can only find one.
When I grade my page it says I have more than one h1 tag. I view the source page and it shows there are two h1 headings with the same wording. If I delete the one h1 heading I can find, the page source shows I have deleted both of them. I don't know how to get to the other heading to delete it. And I'm off page one of google! I am actively using SEOMoz to improve our overall customer experience and increase SEO traffic. I would like to better understand the grading "report card" report to deep dive into the words that get a poor score. Example I understand that "F" is bad, but what scoring factors are used to determine an "F"?
