HELP: Wrong domain showing up in Google Search

So i have this domain (1)devicelock.com and i also had this other domain (2)ntutility.com, the 2nd domain was an old domain and it is not in use anymore. But when i search for devicelock on Google, the homepage devicelock.com does not exist. Only ntutility.com comes up.
I asked one of the developer how the redirect is happening from the old domain to the new one and he told me its through a DNS forward. And there is no way to have an .htacess file to set up a 301 instead.
Please help!

Yep, Sanket is right.
You want to have your developer set up a 301 redirect from ntutility.com to your new site. If he can't do this, you may want to get a new developer :). Someone on oDesk should be able to do this pretty easily for you.
If this is a domain migration - and it sounds like it is - you want to be sure not to simply redirect everything to the homepage.

The important thing is to get all the details right - something you may need help with if you're not comfortable performing all these steps yourself. And make sure all your domain settings in Google Webmaster Tools are up to date... including submitting a change of address form.

I checked all three sites and it looks like they are all 302 redirects from www.ntulity.com to www.protect-me.com and then from www.protect-me.com to www.devicelock.com
I will ask the IT Admin on Monday for more details regarding this.

Can you please check redirection of ntutility.com using above websites ? None of them are able to detect the redirection that IT Admin has done.
Let me do some searching on DNS redirection then I will get back to you.

I'm sorry but i dont understand what you mean by "the redirection is not proper". What is making it not proper? How would i fix this?

Can you please ask your IT Admin to recheck the redirection because as per above three website redirection is not proper. After you fix this issue, submit xml sitemap and fetch devicelock.com in GWT.

Thank you for the response. The redirect was done through the server via a DNS forward from the old domain to the new domain.
That is what i was told by the IT admin.
Any suggestion on how I can fix this?

I have just check devicelock.com cached version in Google it showing ntutility.com. And you have redirected ntutility.com to devicelock.com. May I know how you have done redirection ? Its not search engine friendly. I have checked redirection using thee website :

After solving redirection error setup Google webmaster tool and submit a xml sitemap to Google. And you also try fetching home page through Google Webmaster.

Old domain to new domain
Hi, A website on server A is no longer required. The owner has redirected some URLS of this website (via plugin) to his new website on server B -but not all URLS. So when I use COMMAND site:website A , I see a mixture of redirected URLS and not redirected URLS.Therefore two websites are still being indexed in some form and causing duplication. However, weirdly when I crawl with Screaming Frog I only see one URL which is 301 redirected to the new website. I would have thought I'd see lots of URLs which hadn't been redirected. How come it is different to using the site:command? Anyway, how do I move to the new website completely without the old one being indexed anymore. I thought I knew this but have read so many blogs I've confused myself! Should I: Redirect all URLS via the HTACESS file on old website on server A? There are lots of pages indexed so a lot of URLs. What if I miss some? or Point the old domain via DNS to server B and do the redirects in website B HTaccess file? This seems more sensible but does this method still retain the website rankings? Should a sub domain be a separate property in the Search Console?
We're launching a blog on a sub-domain of a corp site (blog.corpsite.com). We already have corpsite.com set up in the Search Console. Should I set up a separate property for this sub-domain in the Search Console (WMT) in order to manage it? Is it necessary? Thanks, JM

Help: domain name change and Google News
Hi. I work for a regional news source, and our (separate) Spanish-language news publication recently changed its domain name. The publication lost its Google News inclusion. Most of their traffic came from Google News, so traffic tanked. They're trying to get back in. They reapplied but didn't get approved. They're now in the 30-day waiting period to reapply again. The website is run by a third-party company, which handled the domain name change in April (2015). That company has been running their site for a couple of years. Our in-house devs' hands are tied on helping, because we (at the mother company) don't manage their site. This third party has not been responsive. The Spanish pub folks have reached out to me to help them prepare for Round 2 of reapplication. I'm the mothership in-house SEO, but I've never experienced this situation before. Because everything seems to be in order besides the ham-handed changes, my best advice to them so far is: You'll have to wait until Google gets to know you again, unfortunately. Does that sound right? Any pointers out there for bringing their best possible A-game to the next round?

Remove it from database (no listed on directory, sitemap.xml and RSS) 3. I fill the "Google Content Removed Notification form" detailing the removal of the page. Google Cache is not showing in my page
Hello Everyone, I have issue in my Page, My category page (http://www.bannerbuzz.com/custom-vinyl-banners.html) is regular cached in past, but before sometime it can't show the cached result in SERP and not show in cached result , I have also fetch this link in google web master, but can't get the result, it is showing following message. 404. That’s an error. The requested URL /search?q=cache%3A http%3A//www.bannerbuzz.com/custom-vinyl-banners.html was not found on this server. That’s all we know. My category page rank is 2 and its keyword is on first in google.com, so i am little bit worried about this page cache issue, Can someone please tell me why is this happening? NoIndex/NoFollow pages showing up when doing a Google search using "Site:" parameter
We recently launched a beta version of our new website in a subdomain of our existing site. The existing site is www.fonts.com with the beta living at new.fonts.com. We do not want Google to crawl the new site until it's out of beta so we have added the following on all pages: However, one of our team members noticed that google is displaying results from new.fonts.com when doing an "site:new.fonts.com" search (see attached screenshot). Is it possible that Google is indexing the content despite the noindex, nofollow tags? We have double checked the syntax and it seems correct except the trailing "/". I know Google still crawls noindexed pages, however, the fact that they're showing up in search results using the site search syntax is unsettling. Any thoughts would be appreciated! DyWRP.png

Business name not showing on Google Maps Satellite View
Hi Everyone, When you go into Google Maps and look at the satellite view, you'll notice business names on some, but not all, businesses--like on the roof of the building. Where do I need to go to get this to work for my business? My Google Places pages are setup properly but as far as I can tell there is no setting for this. Is it the Service Area setting? Currently I have it set to "Yes, this business serves customers at their locations." Perhaps I need to set this to "No." Many thanks, Robert
