Yes, but you'll also need to have different phone numbers for each business, even if it's just a forwarding number. Google uses phone number as their unique identifier for the business so they will merge businesses with the same phone number and assume it's a data error instead of two separate businesses. I have seen this happen with clients in the past, and it just can't be fixed without two different phone numbers.

Do you inbound link pointing to you index.php pages ? If yes, then it might affect your seo. Disallow: /index.ph/ is perfect but after implementing it don't inter link those index.php pages. Can you share me your website URL so that I can show you with example. How to do it.

In addition of Alan i would like to share my thoughts on "Low-quality directory or bookmark site links".  Before the google updates the directory works so most of SEO Companies built lots of categorywise & General Directory & Bookmarking sites so now in market there are lots of directory sites which are not good, in some cases it hurts also. Here is a good post on Analysis of 2,678 Directories Shows 20% Penalized/Banned by Google. Also most of directory site gives nofollow links & also directory dont gives much value in SEO. But yes we can do directory submission on such sites who have good PR & DA like yahoo directory, dmoz, etc. Same with Social Bookmarking.

As you have unique content, Why can't you create blog on your own website. And publish content on own blog instead of putting them in article and web 2.0 sites. After posting content in blog share them on social media. By that you will get direct traffic on your website.

I have just check devicelock.com cached version in Google it showing  ntutility.com.  And you have redirected ntutility.com to devicelock.com. May I know how you have done redirection ? Its not search engine friendly. I have checked redirection using thee website :

After solving redirection error setup Google webmaster tool and submit a xml sitemap to Google. And you also try fetching home page through Google Webmaster.
