How to remove my cdn sub domins on Google search result?
-
A few months ago I moved all my Wordpress images into a sub domain. After I purchased CDN service, I again moved that images to my root domain. I added User-agent: * Disallow: / to my CDN domain.
But now, when I perform site search on the Google, I found that my CDN sub domains are indexed by the Google. I think this will make duplicate content issue. I already hit by the Panguin. How do I remove these search results on Google?
Should I add my cdn domain to webmaster tools to request URL removal request?
Problem is, If I use cdn.mydomain.com it shows my www.mydomain.com.

site search result:- http://goo.gl/ElNwc

Blocking with robots.txt doesn't remove pages/files from the search engines, it only prevents them from crawling the subdomain. If they already crawled those resources, as they have in your case, the robots.txt will just block them from visiting it again, but will not remove them.
What you should do is authenticate the subdomain with webmaster tools, and then remove the subdomain via the url removal tool, as you asked. This is the way to go about it.
To verify the subdomain, there are multiple options, including via your host, or you can modify the dns to prove you own the subdomain - it really depends on your setup and what you need to do.
But to remove these results permanently, with your robots.txt block, you should do it via the URL removal tool.
Good luck,
Mark

Google Crawling Issues! How Can I Get Google to Crawl My Website Regularly?
Hi Everyone! My website is not being crawled regularly by Google - there are weeks when it's regular but for the past month or so it does not get crawled for seven to eight days. There are some specific pages, that I want to get ranked but they of late are not being crawled AT ALL unless I use the 'Fetch As Google' tool! That's not normal, right? I have checked and re-checked the on-page metrics for these pages (and the website as a whole, backlinking is a regular and ongoing process as well! Sitemap is in place too! Resubmitted it once too! This issue is detrimental to website traffic and rankings! Would really appreciate insights from you guys! Thanks a lot!

Sitelinks only show when the URL is searched- Why don't they show when our company name is searched?
Why is is that when I search "protonmail.ch", sitelinks show for our company. However when you search for "ProtonMail", no sitelinks show, even though our homepage is now on the top result. We've been trying different things to improve the navigational structure of the homepage, such as using the
tag. If you have any thoughts on why sitelinks might not be showing up, we'd really appreciate it! Thank you

Why is a site search query being returned in SE results
Hello One of my top targeted keywords is now linking to the results page of an internal site search query (the search query is for my site url). Oddly, this page does not contain the targeted keywords. My site url used to be the highest ranking page for my targeted keywords. Can anybody advise why this is happening and how I can change it? Thanks Nick

Domain that ranked 4 has now disappeared from search results
Hi Guys, I have a website for a realestate property, it use to rank 4 but has now suddenly disappeared from search results altogether, a search for the domain 1boydstreetalbertpark.com will bring it up (so I assume it has not been blacklisted), but if I search for '1 boyd street albert park' (it use to come up at 4) it doesn't seem to come up at all anymore. I know the content is not original and it is the same on other sites (it is the same content the real estate agents send to everyone) but why it suddenly disappear and I would of thought having the actual search term in the domain would help it at least appear in the results. Any Idea?
