Can anybody help me to remove my website link from wikipedia Spam list ???

My website www.giftbig.com went to spamlist on wikipedia. Can anybody help me to remove it from spam list. I can do all you need to remove from there.

Please help me out on this.

you have to give them a good reason to remove your from the blacklist, if you have been spamming the wiki, then I don't think they will remove the ban.  You have to propose the removal from the link above giving reasons why.
