AdWords Sitelinks Disapproved
-
Hello,
I cannot find a justifiable reason as to why Google AdWords has disapproved my sitelinks.1. My link text is descriptive of each page. For instance, I use the link text "Merchant Accounts" for the URL http://www.instabill.com/services/merchant-accounts/
2. I have four extensions within one campaign. Each have 5 sitelinks with all the same link text and destination URLs. However, only two of the "Merchant Accounts" sitelinks were disapproved from two out of the four extensions. Two "High Risk Accounts" linking to our High Risk Merchant Accounts page were disapproved out of my four extensions, one "Industries We Serve" to our eCommerce Industries page was disapproved, and one "Offshore Accounts to our Offshore Merchant Accounts page was disapproved. Why are some disapproved and not all?
3. I use Daddy Analytics to generate my destination URLs for tracking purposes, but I do not see this as being an issue since the URL still begins with the URL in bullet point 1.
After reading a few threads within the AdWords community and reading the AdWords Sitelinks Guidelines, I feel as if I have followed the guidelines.
Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

Hi Darin,
What you said does make sense. With the information you provided to me, I think I can figure out how to get approved sitelinks.
1. If I have an ad linking to URL A, then do not have the sitelink go to URL A as well.
2. If I have a sitelink going to URL A in AdGroup 1, then do not have a sitelink going to URL A in AdGroup 2.

I'm not sure I follow exactly what you are trying to convey but I do know that Google doesn't allow two or more site links in the same ad group (and/or campaign) to point to the same landing page or the same content. You also can't use the site link to point to the same URL as the ad itself. I think the content needs to be 80% unique to be considered different content.
Let me know if that makes sense or if you can maybe show an example or two. I am a Google Certified AdWords Partner so if you need me to take a look at your account let me know.

Unsolved Google Ads - Subdomain on Sitelinks & Composition Change for Strategy Status
I have a basic query but could not find a definite answer on the internet. I am currently running a campaign for the main website of a big education brand and they also have a secondary learning website on subdomain, and I want to add sitelinks of subdomain to the campaign, but I am not sure whether it is allowed or not. The brand I am running ads for is https://www.rauias.com/ and the secondary website is https://compass.rauias.com/ branded slightly different in a subdomain, so should I add the sitelinks of Compass to the main campaign? Also one more silly question My Max Conversion search campaign gave me this status today. "Learning (composition change): Campaigns have been added to or removed from the bid strategy. Google Ads is now adjusting to optimize bids. 5 days left for learning" What does this mean exactly? And Why does it reenter the learning phase whenever I make a small change?

Adwords Expanded Text Ads - How are they working for you?
I think it would be nice to get a consensus from more people. The day expanded text ads came out last week, I immediately jumped on it and created them for all my campaigns. I still left some of the old ads running in each ad group so that I could compare. Looking at the conversion data from the last week, the conversion rates are between 2-7x lower on the expanded text ads, and as a result, the cost per conversion is 2-5x higher as well. Basically, they're performing horribly. The click-through rate is mildly higher, but who cares if they're not converting? I know it's only a week's worth of data, but it seems the difference is enough to be statistically significant. I'm wording what everyone else's experience has been.

AdWords & Iframes?
We have a client that has syndicated content across a variety of domains. They have no access to the domain/hosting for the site that the content is being syndicated on, but would like to run PPC campaigns to these pages. The page is a header, footer and then the main page content is inside of an iframe, and I was wondering if Google will even allow that to be used as a landing page for a PPC campaign? Thanks!

Adwords inital offer / plan towards a client
This must have beeen asked before, but I have been Googleing all day to find a sample offer made by some premium agency. I am working on my very first Adwords offer and although I certainly have my own ideas what to include, I would love to see an offer that has a great flow and layout. Could somebody please give me a link where I can find something?

Suburb Specific on Adwords
I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I am in the process of setting up an adwords campaign that targets sepcific suburbs in a city. I want the ad copy to state "removalists in" with the specific suburb in the first line. e.g Removalists in Richmond Do l have to set up an separate campaign for each suburb l want to target or can l do this by having a campaign targeting all variations of the suburbs by phrase and then adjusting the ad copy so it changes for that relevant suburb search? Any advice would be a great help. Thanks

Why doesn't exact match appear to be working for me in Google AdWords tool?
Hi guys, I recently read Rand's article here and tried out the exact match symbols on my keywords. However, these don't appear to be working for me as the results aren't showing up as they do in the above SEOmoz article (attached screenshot). What am I doing wrong? Is there any reason to add the word "buy" to our Adwords keywords?
Was having a discussion with someone so I am going to write this up as neutral as possible and let you guys decide. We have a large keyword list and they are all setup as phrase. Should we go back and add the word buy in front of all those keywords? Even though they are setup as phrase already. Example: "Widget" (as a phrase) Should we go back and add "Buy Widget" as a keyword?
