Does Live Chat affect SERPS
-
For the last week we have hosted Live Chat on www.freedomltd.com desktop and tablet.
The latest MOZ ranking reports shows 4 increase, 86 decrease and 170 unchanged keywords.
Could Live Chat have anything to do with this?
-
We experienced a similar thing when we implemented a live chat solution. Our TTTFB increased siginificantly, not only did this impact the serps but also reduced the customers experience due to having to wait longer.
See if your live chat solution can provide you with a gzip compressed version that you can also load in asyncronously. This may help give your site a speed boost whilst at the same time maintaining an excellent UX element.

thanks - yes page speed has declined and I'll look into this
First Byte Time (back-end processing): 79/100
Leverage browser caching of static assets: 75/100
Both of these were over 90% before the inclusion of Live Chat. -
Has it increased your average time on page? That may indicate a good user experience so Google may reward you for it. However, as Chris has indicated, load times may suffer with live chat. We took live chat off our website because of this.

I wouldn't of thought so directly as it like a log-in would need the robots to type which they don't tend to do, it may indirectly affect your SERPs via a longer loading time but again it's most likely something else, Have you checked other factors like any link building you've been doing or if you've had and referring links drop etc. ?
Have you also seen much movement in your niche? You may find someone else has other input but in my opinion if it benefits the users I'm up for it, just make sure ti doesn't affect loading time by adding crazy times etc.

Can I batch export top 5 or 10 SERPS for each keyword in my campaign
I'm a newby. I have about 70 keywords and I want to create a list of all of the websites ranking in the top say 10 positions. This is to create a list of competitors in my client's space. How do I do this? I poked around but can only see single-keyword search capability to get the full serp listing (top 50). thanks.

Can a search query return more than one SERP feature for a single keyword?
In Moz's 'SERP Features' section within campaigns, it shows each of my tracked keywords as being eligible for multiple SERP features - sometimes as many as 5 or 6. Does this mean that Google could display a few different rich snippets for these keywords, or just that it could return one of those highlighted?

Find Historical SERP Ranking for a Term?
Is there any way to find out what pages ranked for a given term historically? I.e. what were the top 10 search results for "Widgets" 6 months ago, 1 year ago, 2 years ago? If I had a campaign tracking that term, I'd be able to look back, but I do not. Does this data exist anywhere in a format that could be queried?

SEOmoz ranking report SERP
I was wondering how SEOmoz the SERPs tracks? e.g. the SERP of keyword in the Google US report, doesn't give me the same result as https://www.google.com/search?pws=0&gl=us&q=keyword Does SEOmoz check the google.com SERPs from several locations and calculate an average?
