Hi,

Is there a way to check and export spam score of multiple sites at one go, like uploading links through an xl sheet and getting the spam scores checked for all the links at one shot?

Not really sure but I guess you have to use the API for this to make it working. Again I am not sure so the better idea is to ask their help team at help@moz.com

DA score Decreased but Linking Domains Improved

Hi, I have observed that even if number of linking domains increased but DA value can still decreased. Can anyone Please let me know how to improve DA score. Focusing on gaining quality backlinks is already in process and number of linking domains also increased over the last 2 months but DA score got down. Website showing High Spam Score

I am having a website https://www.hemporganic.net/ Suddenly I am noticing the website showing around 42% spam score. I simply cannot understand the reason behind it. The website contains only one backlink and that too it is guest posting backlink. Please explain to me why this is occurring with my site.

How long does it take to turn around a 10/17 SPAM score domain?

Hi - Looking at acquiring a domain name that has a great product fit. The problem is it is currently getting a 10/17 Open Site Explorer SPAM score. The existing site for the domain is running Google sponsored link ads and is full of internal pages that link off to these ads. That explains the existing SPAM score. If I acquire the domain I'll throw out the Google ad pages and build instead a site with real valuable content that behaves like a normal site and look at building backlinks etc. My question is, following this approach, how long is it likely to take Google to not see the domain as some Spam factory so it starts getting well positioned SERPs?

Spam Score Calculation

Are the guidelines of Open Site Explorer's spam score published anywhere? I'm trying to figure out how a page like http://content.yudu.com/Library/A22uap/PARKINGMagazineMarch/resources/25.htm has a Spam Score of 2/17 -- I expect it to be 17/17 It has no visible content, but if you view the source you see very spammy links. c9kyGF

Internal Pages marked as Spam by Moz

We use Moz for our website,Open site explorer marks many of the internal pages of the website as spam. Even pages such as careers, privacy policy etc. Please let us know why is this the case ? Also does these pages have impact on overall rankings of the website ?, If yes, What should we do about it ? Please clarify. Thanks.

Which trumps: spam ranking or domain authority?

I am trying to manage my backlinks by removing ones with high spam links, but I am having trouble drawling the line between helpful/harmful links. One link, for instance, has a span ranking of 7 indicating a 30% chance of penalization from Google crawlers. This same link, however, also boasts a domain authority of 67 which indicates it is also potentially helpful to my own Google crawler success. My question is, which of these scores (spam rank and domain authority) trumps the other? Should I try to get the site owner to remove it? Am I even thinking about this issue correctly? If so, how would you suggest I draw the line in the future? Ben
