Any tools to scan URL to identify keyword opportunities

Hi guys,
Looking for tools which can scan content and identify keyword opportunities.
I know you can use Google Keyword Planner or tools like Semrush.
But was wondering what else there is on the market?
Specifically looking for tools which can pull relevant keywords by scanning the content, exactly the same as Google Keyword Planner.

My name is David Black and I'm the Director of Customer Success here at SEMrush. I see you mentioned our service so I wanted to throw this out there... have you tried the new SEO Ideas tool within our Projects Suite? I would really encourage you to try it if you haven't already.
Essentially, we're doing exactly as you described. Based off of the SERPs collected within your Position Tracking campaign, we scan the content of the pages that rank within the top 10 for your target keywords and pull together a list of related keyword suggestions found on these pages and analyze how frequently they use them. This is going to help enrich your own content or find new opportunities.
It also pulls together ideas for backlinks and onsite optimization. The best part is that it does it on the fly as opposed to our regular keyword analytics reports. It's pretty awesome. Keyword Themes - What's in a theme?
I recently read the Moz guide for "How To Rank - 25 Step SEO Master Blue Print" and had a question on keyword themes. What is considered a theme? Is there a recommended number of keywords in a theme? For example, if my site is for listing and selling cars, would the following terms fit within the same "car" theme or should the terms be broken out by "cars general" / "car locations" / "car types"? The same keyword on multiple pages, but not all (combined with other relevant keywords) for products.
Hi Guys, I want to get an opinion/advice on this. My client has a site that have all their products (I am working on expanding the product descriptions, benefits and how they differ from each other) listed and I just want to know if I can use the term 'gear oil' for example on multiple pages as one of the keywords. The product range (among others like transmission fluid and anti-freeze) is gear oil (with the different types of gear oils available described) and I can't really change what the product is. I do have different variations (such as gear lubricant, automotive gear lubricant, car gear oil etc.) but will it do damage if I use the same keyword (like gear oil) on multiple pages (along with another relevant keyword that does not involve the words gear oil)? Any help on this will be greatly appreciated!

Keyword research tools
So I went to a panel a while back that said Wordtracker is basically useless. I'm not using it as an end-all, be-all, but more for insights and context. Do you agree with that statement? The hosting company provides a keyword research tool, so I wasn't sure how seriously to take it. Have you guys been using Bing for the search data previously provided by Google's Keyword Research Tool? Do you find that to be a viable resource? Thanks.

Keywords for multi service business?
New to this so bear with, I am a TV aerial, satellite, CCTV, Door entry, Access Control, Telephone repair engineer. I have one seperate page for each of the installations I carry out as well as the basic home, about, areas, faqs and so on.
