Any tools to scan URL to identify keyword opportunities

Hi guys,
Looking for tools which can scan content and identify keyword opportunities.
I know you can use Google Keyword Planner or tools like Semrush.
But was wondering what else there is on the market?
Specifically looking for tools which can pull relevant keywords by scanning the content, exactly the same as Google Keyword Planner.

My name is David Black and I'm the Director of Customer Success here at SEMrush. I see you mentioned our service so I wanted to throw this out there... have you tried the new SEO Ideas tool within our Projects Suite? I would really encourage you to try it if you haven't already.
Essentially, we're doing exactly as you described. Based off of the SERPs collected within your Position Tracking campaign, we scan the content of the pages that rank within the top 10 for your target keywords and pull together a list of related keyword suggestions found on these pages and analyze how frequently they use them. This is going to help enrich your own content or find new opportunities.
It also pulls together ideas for backlinks and onsite optimization. The best part is that it does it on the fly as opposed to our regular keyword analytics reports. It's pretty awesome. Is it a bad idea to hyphenate keywords?
Hello, my understanding was that Google reads hyphens in keywords as spaces, but if that's accurate how come keywords with hyphens that I research with Keyword Explorer — for instance, hospital-acquired infections — rank lower when I include the hyphen? If the hyphen hurts SEO, do I have to remove them all from the blog or page in question? Removing hyphens means a blog or page will have punctuation errors, which is irritating to an editor, but I don't want to sacrifice the effectiveness of keywords, either. Bye Bye Keyword Difficulty Tool :(
So the Keyword Difficulty Tool will be retired from the end of this month. Is anyone else worried about this? - because I just don't trust the numbers coming back from Keyword Explorer. Never have. I've even raised this with Moz staff previously, when there was a huge difference between the score given by the keyword difficulty tool vs keyword explorer. From what I see in Domain and Page authority and in the SERPs then the score from keyword difficulty tool, was always more accurate, and thankfully have been able to use both tools, but from next month I feel somewhat uneasy about solely relying on the score from Keyword Explorer. Thoughts? and feel free to run your own tests on keywords and I'm sure you'll see what I mean.

Why does this keyword have much greater volume in Bing Keyword Research Tool than Google AdWords Keyword Planner?
I'm using the Google AdWords keyword planner and Bing Webmaster Keyword Research tool. For both, I'm trying to get accurate search volume for the exact term "advertising sales". Over the last thirty days, Bing reports a volume of 5,988. Google's average monthly search volume is 880. Given the market share Google has, I would expect a much higher volume, especially when compared to Bing. Can you offer some ideas of why this might be happening?

Keywords for fabrication (welding) company??
I've been tasked with finding the keywords for our website. The difficulty I'm finding is receiving help from the fabrication personal to suggest keywords. I'm not sure if its peoples imagination or if there's a general unwillingness. Can anyone make any suggestions here? Does it help, hurt or do nothing for SEO to utilize long-tail keyword URLs to point to specific pages of your website. For example, you're a vet and have your business name website, but what if you bought: CharlotteVeterinarianforCats.com CharlotteVeterinarianforDogs.com etc. and pointed them to specific pages in your business website.
