Does More Guest Posts Effect Website Rankings in a Negative Way?

Hello Everyone,
On an average I am getting around 20 backlinks for 15 days. All these backlinks are done through proper outreach and guest posts in relevant websites. We have a team of four people doing only outreach and getting backlinks through proper guest posts.
But I am worried on whether it will effect my website ranking in a negative way?
Kindly get me clarified with my doubt. Should I continue this or should I reduce my numbers?

We also get backlinks by making profiles on business overview sites (E.g. Yelp) and get certificates for safe shopping etc... There's a great article on no-follow links on https://moz.com/blog/the-hidden-power-of-nofollow-links

Any guest posting that you're doing and how it affects your site's search engine rankings will depend on your site's link profile. If you're only doing guest posting and that's how you're getting your links, then that may put up a red flag and it might affect rankings. However, if you have thousands of links from other sites then a few guest posts aren't going to hurt, they should help.
Keep in mind, though, that any guest posts should comply with Google's webmaster guidelines, the blogger should disclose that it's a guest post, and typically it should be a nofollow link to your website. If it doesn't comply, it doesn't matter how many posts you have, even a few could get your site penalized.

Duplicate contents with competitors websites
Hello, I have use the http://copyscape.com to check the duplicate content and found that my website have some errors duplicate contents with other competitors website. But a problem is, I could not define the reason of this (my website copied the competitors website or they copied of mine) To solve this issues, should I modify a unique my contents (this is difficult) or anyone have a good solution for this problem? Multiple guest posts from one site have any effect on rankings?
I have started guest blogging and have sites asking me for more content. I understand that regular guest blogging is great for building authority as an author and has the potential to get more links through word of mouth and other sites linking to me. The more posts I do the more exposure I get. But if I have say 3 or 4 posts on an external site with each linking to my site (to a different url and with different anchor text) does that have any effect on rankings as all links come from the same domain? As I understand it links from different root domains are what matters. Presumably a site with links from 5 different sites with 10 links on each external domain totalling 50 links wouldn't rank as well as a site with links from 50 different domains (1 per domain)?

Hello, The site I work with has a number of unwanted, unrealted and just generally spammy sites linking to our site. What is the best way to ask them to remove the links (formal notice asking to remove or more of a "hey, can you get remove this for us as a favor" tone)? Creating a separate blog off our website
A while ago we purchased some domains that are related to our industry. I'm fairly sceptical about using them, but I am interested what peoples thoughts are. We are currently producing quite alot of engaging content and although it's industry related, it is sometimes quite broad and not always appropriate for our company blog. I have been debating whether or not it will be a good idea to use one of the domain names that we have purchased to create more of an industry blog that is off our website. I'm not sure if this is considered a "black hat" technique by using domains registered to us?
