I have a lot of backlinks ending with .xyz, around 20%, and they look very suspicious. Should I disavow these?

I think you will be fine. The way the domain names are named themselves already show they are spammy links. The fact that they lead to 522 error confirms it.

Hi Jack,
They all lead to error 522 pages, so I am inclined to think they're damaging. I've disavowed them, I'm hoping my SEO won't drop as a result.

Yes, I would disavow these if you've tried all you can to contact the websmaster to get these removed without any success.

Disavowing Links
I need some advice... I've noticed our link profile has increased with many comments links --- something I certainly have not pursued manually. I'm new to disavowing links. However, before I go ahead and disavow them, I'd like to ask how harmful these links are and would you recommend this is something I can do myself (relatively novice SEO) or if you'd recommend someone who could do this for a reasonable cost. In one instance, the link from this comment thread is with the anchor text, "porn"... Certainly not something we want to rank for, haha! I look forward to your advice

Is this an RSS feed link? How was this page generated? http://blog.moregoodfoundation.org/category/technology/feed What causes it to show up as a backlink in open site explorer? And how would you go about removing these links? Lots of questions there 🙂 Thank you.

Changing links
Hi guys i wanted you views on changing the anchor text of links. I have quality links coming in but with year terms such as 2012 in there, if i want to change them all to 2013 for example would it be badly seen by Google? I cant say i feel comfortable about doing it but they are my links and are related to our products. Any advice much appreciated.

I have created 5 spokes like wheel in last month I used the following sites to create my link wheel hubpages.com wordpress.com blogsopt.com blog.com squidoo.com I could find that all links are indexd by google search engine . I know that some SEO expert says they ypur link wheel shumitted to social bookmark and rss feed. Do i have submit this to social book mark and rss feed ? Because this is already indexed. Link Frequency
I understand that good link building is all about the quality of the link / the anchor text attached to it. But, what about frequency? Should I build until I can't build anymore? or create a plan to submit links to a certain # of sites per week/month?
