Technical Definition of MozTrust
MozTrust quantifies the trustworthiness of a web page relative to all other pages on the web. It is based off of an algorithm developed by Yahoo! search engineers that is likely similar to the trust algorithms used by Google and Bing search engineers. Just as links express global link popularity, they also express information about the trustworthiness of URLs.
As mentioned above, receiving links from sources with inherent trust, like university and government homepages, is a strong trust endorsement for your own page or site. By measuring the occurrence and frequency of these endorsements, MozTrust can quantify trust on the web.

Woocommerce add-to-cart causing increase in temporary redirect
Hi, I was wondering is negatively influencing the SEO. Woocommerce add-to-cart is, logically, a 302. However, MOZ is alarming that there is a large amount of temporary redirects on my site. Do I have to act on this or just leave as is? I change the nofollow to follow but not sure if this does more harm then good. Would like to hear some input regarding this issue.

Moz new Link Tool has revealed high spam scores but we never posted on them!
Hi Just using the new Moz Link Explorer which has revealed a load of spammy back links at 70% plus that we know nothing about, here are just a few: http://rre.eiftcom.press/files/images/sunlife-insurance-logo.html http://zsa.eiftcom.press/files/images/sun-life-insurance-logo.html http://www.hak660.com/quotesquotesscottish-funeral-quotes.html http://picphotos.net/life-insurance-in-your-50s/ When you visit these pages they all say site unavailable. Will this be hurting our site? How do i remove them? Many thanks Ash

Buying a domain to 301 redirect for increased rankings
A large competitor has recently purchased a large marketing company that specializes in their industry. As a part of this acquisition they obtained ownership of www.digitalsherpa.com, which is now 301 redirecting some 50K links to www.costar.com/. When I did a site:www.digitalsherpa.com search all of the origin URLs had title tags from the costar site in place of their own. Time spent downloading a page increased
Starting on December 16 time spent downloading a page increased sharply. http://awesomescreenshot.com/0f2474ek48 We tried to find the problem, but without success. Increase in Not Found Errors
Hello All, Looking for input on an issue I am having. We used to have a website www.gazaro.com. It was a price comparison engine for consumers. A shift in the focus of the business resulted in www.360pi.com - a price intelligence tool for retailers.The two websites have similar themes, so I thought it would be valuable to pass SEO juice from the old domain to the new domain.Back in August, I noticed that Gazaro was redirected to 360pi with a meta refresh. I know a 301 redirect is preferable to a meta refresh, so we switched to a 301 redirect.Since that happened, there has been a spike in 404 errors in webmaster tools. If you hover over the url, it is actuallywww.360pi.com/deal/amazon etc etc. It is looking for gazaro urls on the 360pi domain - which don't exist. I think this is hurting our homepage ranking. Our homepage no longer ranks for "price intelligence" when it used to be in pos. 4 or 5. As it turns out, we are ranking #1 for "price intelligence" but with our product page.I'm wondering why the 404 are happening. Is something setup in correctly? Increase Search Ranking for CEO
Hi guys My company CEO is concerned that when her name is googled pictures of a glamour model appear in the image results area. The glamour model shares a second name with our CEO and this is why the model's images are appearing. I have been asked to rectify this situation. My CEO has a linked in page and twitter account which are underused but no personal page on our company website. I was thinking of buying the url for the CEO's name and optimizing a small site for her name with bio etc and links to twitter, lined in etc. Would this be the best strategy? Thanks Gavin

How to increase the crawl rate?
hello, Our site was hosted in North America and Google was crawling it reasonably fast. Since our traffic is mostly from India we moved it to India, now the crawling is terribly slow from Google. Is there anyway to fix the crawl rate(we have increased the crawl rate in GWT)
