I don't know why, but since a week ago I'm not receiving moz point for my activity on moz forum.
Example
Today I posted 3 answer in the Question section but in my moz profile does not show the 3 moz point that normally I receive for that.I week ago suddenly I received 20 moz point, why I dont have any idea, maybe someone mark one of my asnwer as good answer.
So my point is where I cant found the exact tracking record of my activity

Taking a look at your profile, it looks like there was a 20 point jump in the last week or so, but we've also been adding more MozPoints since then. It looks like we haven't added MozPoints from today yet, but we're still tracking them! https://www.screencast.com/t/tu0x45JOKqEf

Can I access old data/keyword research if I cancel my Moz Pro account?
I'm currently on the free month trial period for Moz Pro and I will probably cancel the account before the free period ends, but if I want to renew my subscription later, what happens to all the previous data? Got a problem in using MOZ Crawl test

Guys i need help as i'm getting this message "**Moz was unable to crawl your site on Dec 26, 2017. **Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site. This often occurs because of a server error from the robots.txt. Moz campaign for a subdomain with no home page
Hello all, I'm trying to setup a campaign in Moz for one of our subdomains that we use for marketing landing pages. Unfortunately there really is no home/landing page for the subdomain so when I enter it into the campaign settings it says the site isn't accessible. Is there anyway for me to add this? I tried entering the subdomain with a star, e.g. pages.mydomain.com but it would not accept it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Why Moz New Users Are Left Alone?
New users when sign up to an application like Moz need concrete support to make them familiarized the basics at least, but Moz seems to be not realizing this hardship of the new users or intentionally ignoring it. There is no chat service or phone numbers to quickly contact the designated agent for some quick help. Mail responses that are received after much time have their limitations -- not much interactive. What the new users should do, because the Moz is not that simple for new users. [edited question for formatting]

Can I upgrade my moz subscription from large to premium without getting my campaigns being deleted?Do i need to wait till the end of the month to resubscribe?
I'm planning to take a large subscription of moz..but i may need a premium account in the future.Can I upgrade it in the middle of my current subscription or will i have to wait till my subscription gets over? Also, I'm planning to take only one month currently but i'll renew it once the month completes so can i continue the same account without my campaigns being deleted?

Changes to Moz
I used to think Moz was rich and full but man, there is so Much new stuff! I love it! I still need to explore everything. Does anybody know if its going to be an option for our clients to log in and see just their account? are changes in the works for reports we can pull and send to clients? thank you!! Matthew

New to MOZ and working with Web Mentions. Can I use operators?
Our name is HostDime but often put as Host Dime (2 words) by news sources and other sites. How do I set up my brand mention so I only get a notice when both words appear, in order, together. I don't want "That host is a dime" and such. Can I use a +Host +Dime?"Host Dime"? Do these operators work in MOZ?
