Increase in Rankings, but search visibility is decreasing

I just started updating my site with the very basics, focus keyword, meta description, and page titles. I see that I am going up in my targeted keywords, however my search visibility has dropped from 3.34% to 2.78%.
My assumption is that my keyword choice is a little off, however I see that I have increased in keyword rankings and dropped very little in what I was ranking for previously, plus the keyword volume seems relatively the same. In fact I've added far more keywords than I have dropped.
Curious why my search visibility has dropped, however my keyword rankings only seem to increase.

It's a normal process when you start to optimize your website the more specific you are, the more precise information you get.
For example, when I started to optimize my website, I started using our brand keywords and the numbers were insane from 2% went to 80% of visibility, of course, it just was our main brand keywords.
Things changed when I try to use generic keywords then my visibility drop off and then I started to see real numbers
It is an arithmetic trick
Moz Search Visibility score represents your overall ranking performance for your tracked keywords. It’s calculated by:
- Taking all of your keywords and the associated URL’s position and applying a CTR for each position.
- The CTRs are then summed
- This number is then divided by the total number of keywords.

Bing Search volume 0 is this good or bad?
So this might be a stupid question, but that whole no such thing as a stupid questions applies here. I am trying to narrow down keywords for title tags and on page optimization. I am focusing on my local, instate SEO only. So no nationwide searches, just local. When I add in my state, so Colorado then keyword It shows 0 matches. When I add Keyword then Colorado a few matches But there is a difficulty rating of 30% or so. Would this mean that it would be good to go after this? or bad because no one searches for my term? Then when I add my keyword, and no state, 6000 matches. But would this mean everyone and there brother is going after it? So unless you are a big brand, stay away? Thank you for your help. I am just trying to make sure I am using it right. Chris

Page Ranking by URL / Keyword
Needing to know how to find out the page rank of a URL that is NOT within the top 50 or top 100. Need to know that specific page's rank, not what our overall site's ranking for the keyword is. Can't seem to find any tool that goes beyond the top 100. Any ideas?

Search issues
I often use the search tool to give comparisons from 1 company to another and recently have found it not working very well, i am constantly refreshing as it has the circle whirling round for many minutes at a time, it often brings up the results of searches I did earlier in the day or even the day before, and the overall time that it takes to bring up the information I have requested seems to be getting longer and longer. Now working in a face paced environment this can often loose an hour of my time each day just waiting on information that I have already entered several times. I feel that the quality of the service has just slowed down so much that I am now looking at other companies/tools to gain the same information, is there anything that has happened on your side recently that has caused this issue? are other users experiencing the same issue? is there anything that can be addressed to resolve this issue. Ranking Tracker not correct?
Over the last 6 weeks I've been linkbuilding for one of my customers. The search term is: bed and breakfast portugal. It is not easy but we are making progress. The goal is the number 1 page (top 10 results) in Google.nl I've been keeping score with Rank Tracker and also created a campaign. Last week we were still ranked 11 (for some time already) according to Rank Tracker but tuesday we made a jump to number 7. Whoehoe you would say but opening up Chrome and Firefox browser I am still seeing www.bedandbreakfast-casaceedina.com on the 2nd page? Maybe somebody can give me an explanation? I've de-personalized my search and also Rank tracker show s the command they are using: http://www.google.nl/search?q=bed+and+breakfast+portugal&pws=0 However also using that I'm not seeing my client back at position 7. How can the Rank tracker information be so wrong, I was hoping not off course 🙂 Your help is appreciated very much.
