When moz updates DA of any site?

-
Our index updates daily! Moz crawls and indexes billions of pages, adding fresh link data every day. When discovered or lost links are found, we'll update our database to reflect those changes in your scores and link counts. We prioritize the links we crawl based on a machine learning algorithm to mimic Google's index

I'm also having same issue with my website: offshoreservers.net

Moz takes between 2 to 5 weeks to update DA, PA for any website.
-
My site has been at the same 69 DA for over 8 months now. My competitors have not changed either. And our link building has definitely improved. It's varied and relevant. Great news pick up (national and local) edu, a few govs and general blogs. It's varied with no bad tactics. It seems like Moz has just either A. Dropped the ball or B. Has been hindered by covid and if it is B then say that (if they haven't already as I can't find anything)

Moz's index updates daily but that doesn't necessarily mean your DA or PA is going to change if and when the link is added to the index. You should keep that it's not all about how often the index updates. The quality of a link plays a major part in whether or not it shows in the index as well as whether or not it improves a site's rankings.
Link building is about keeping your nose to the grindstone, being creative, consistent, and recognizing where relationships with other websites will bring mutual benefit. Just focusing on those things leaves little time to give much thought about one's domain authority score.

We have a client moving office locations in a month. When should we submit new address in Moz Local to the data providers?
It's the fine line of don't submit too early, but don't submit too late. When is the right time to submit the new address. This client will be working at current address until Christmas Eve. The day after Christmas, they move into their brand new building and address.

Validating Google+ on Moz Local
Hello, On Moz Local it is showing up an incorrect google listing for the business I work for. In my actual Google account there is only one Google listing and it is correct but this correct version doesn't appear on Moz Local. I have followed the criteria to meet your google listing so I am confused in what to do. Many thanks,

My Local listings are not showing in Moz
Hello, Our company recently moved offices, so last week I updated the contact details on all the directories we were on and created a few. These include Facebook, google plus, Google business listings, Bing, Scoot, Factual.com, Central Index, Thomson local etc etc. I have re-checked and the details are all correct - address, name, website, telephone number - however when I check my local listings in Moz, only two are showing. Is there anything else I can do?

Moz Local - duplicate descriptions
Hello, I was looking at Moz Local and saw that you are supposed to enter a business "description". However, I'm pretty sure local directories will not want duplicate descriptions - can I leave the description blank and then add varied descriptions directly? Is that a way around this issue? Your thoughts would be welcome.

Closing Old Locations with Moz Local
I'm sure the answer is pretty simple, but how are we supposed to report an old location as closed in Moz Local? I'd like to mark an old address as closed in all of the major data providers. Of course, I can claim the new location, but I do I need to claim the old location and then somehow mark it closed? When I do a search with Moz, it gives me five results for a doctor who has a single location now (I'm not posting the actual name because I just don't want this forum to appear for searches for the doctor): <address>Dr. Doctor Name, DMD Verified

Very Disappointed. Finally an Index and No change in my PA or DA
My competitors and I are advertising in the same way and have good quality external links. Open Site Explorer shows an appropriate PA and DA for my competitors and shows their external links. Waited for what seemed like forever and after all that time, nothing. Not one external link was found. And yet http://openlinkprofiler.org/ shows everything just as I would expect. Probably gonna bail with moz.pro. I'm very disapointed. Probably gonna bail on moz.local as well because it's been over two weeks and my phone number still hasn't changed. Not to mention, all it really did was tell me what was wrong. Hardly updated anything out there in the wild. Told me it was updating all the time but the same ol things are tagged day after day week after week. Changed the darn directories myself because moz.local can't do it and then moz.local won't update when I update director listings myself. Give me some reasons to stay. The lack of timely anything makes me feel like I'm wasting my money.

Uploading CSV for MOZ Local: The CSV you uploaded contains no listings.
I keep getting this error message. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or what. Basically, I have filled in all the information, and not edited the parts where I have no information to populate. Gives the error: The CSV you uploaded contains no listings. Thanks.
