Why Google Search Console Data is different from Moz Data for my website

I am running a website, I have been using Moz since Feb 2021.
Kindly go through these pics
My question is why Moz is showing 2K plus backlinks while Google search console is showing just 1253 backlinks. Why fewer links in the google search console is less? How can I increase Google search console backlinks?
Also, Moz is showing 90+ DA backlinks but those websites are not showing by the Google search console. What should I do to let google consider them?

One month later, MOZ has not scanned my web
It's been more than a month since we published our new website, you can see the link in my profile, and MOZ has not scanned or taken out the links to my page.

Do you know any way to tell MOZ that the page is published?
I have checked my robots.txt and everything seems to be ok. Google search console, takes out all the links correctly but MOZ is not able to.

Creating a subdomain or subdirectory for each major city for our main website...
If our website is abc.com I am wanting to create a subdomain or subdirectory for each major city for SEO targeting purposes. But I want each domain to go to our see the same content from the main website abc.com. What's the best way to accomplish this? Duplicating our main page over and over sounds terrible , especially when trying to make changes down the road. Should we create an alias for each location? example.. abc.com/new-york, abc.com-chicago, etc...? If we go that route how does google acknowledge that? Would that mess up our SEO or help? Thanks!

Backlinks from different TLD's impact
Hi MOZ'ers, I'm wondering what the impact of different TLD backlinks is for same language pages. For example: we're on a website that has a German national TLD .de. We're earning backlinks and they are coming from .de as well as .ch (Switzerland) or .at (Austria) pages. What would be more desirable, and how big would you consider the difference? Where can I find a list of the top DA websites on the web?
I'd like to find a ranking of the top DA websites on the web. I'm mostly interested in US websites. I'd like at least the top 10,000 or so but the more the better. Is there a way to get this data from OpenSiteExplorer or another source? The closest I've found is Double Click's listing of the top 1000 most_visited_ (not DA) websites: http://www.google.com/adplanner/static/top1000/ Thanks!

How does Google treat multiple backlinks on the same page?
Hello mozCrew Just a quick yay or nay. We have an embeddable code on our site for customers who want to post our link on their website listed here: http://www.accupos.com/etc/embed-code-restaurants.php But in our link, there are actually 2 separate links, one branding link that says the name of our company, AccuPOS, and another link which targets a specific target keyword "Restaurant POS Software". My question is, does Google only give credit for the branding link, since it is listed FIRST? Or will we get double credit? Is this a good or bad practice, and what would you recommend? Thank you! What sort of value does an RSS feed provide for a website? If you use an RSS feed on your website, what do you use to keep it updated? Can you recycle mention of content / pages in the feed over time? Any good links on this subject?
