After more than 13 years, and tens of thousands of questions, we’re finally closing Moz Q&A. Whilst we’re not completely removing the content - many posts will still be possible to view - we’re locking both new posts and new replies. Why? The truth is that the conversation has moved elsewhere. Sites like Twitter, Reddit, and more recently BlueSky and LinkedIn, have largely replaced specialist forums. At the same time, the challenge of moderating a platform like this has become more difficult, and of course, we’re SEOs, and the sheer quantity of new pages generated, often by malicious actors, has its challenges in terms of what it does to the profile of our site. Forums are still an opportunity for many sites, in SEO and more broadly, but the calculus no longer works for Moz. Where can I ask my question instead? Difference between urls and referring urls?
Sorry, nit new to this side of SEO We recently discovered we have over 200 critical crawler issues on our site (mainly 4xx) We exported the CSV and it shows both a URL link and a referring URL. Both lead to a 'page not found' so I have two questions? What is the difference between a URL and a referring URL? What is the best practice/how do we fix this issue? Is it one for our web developer? Percentage of good links vs. bad
Hi Does anyone know the best way of determining good links from bad links using the SEO Moz tools? I bought some directory links to two or three pages on my site a few years back. The were all very obviously spammy because of the anchor text and I didn't have a high enough ratio of good links to counteract them. I read somewhere that if more than 10% of the links to a page have the same (or similar) anchor text, it's obvious that you're on the bad list.

TLD vs Sub Domain in Regards to Domain Authority
I have always been under the impression that top level (or root) domains can hold different domain authority than that of a sub domain. Meaning that sub domain's and TLD can hold different ranks and strength in search engine result pages. Is this a correct or just an assumption? If so when i add a root domain and subdomain into the campaign manager i get back the same link information and domain authority? www.datalogic.com
