Hope you are doing well. firstly, your question is good but this is unbelievable that your keyword not ranking in usa. below i've suggested a way to rank in USA.

• create a classified submission in usa
• do business listing in usa sites
• create a backlink on website that based on USA
• create a google my business profile from usa

i have personally applied this technique on my blog

first stop creating a low quality backlink. create only high DA authority and C-Class Ip address backlink.

C-class ip site help you to boost your domain authority.

Hey semrtaz, recently i have read your question regarding domain authority. I think i have a best solution ever for you. to increase DA you just need to create a high authority backlinks with low spam score. always get backlinks from c-class ip address site.

I have a blog site named Blogzy Media. I have purchased domain before 2 months. I just published a few blogs and create high da backlinks. i have only 25 backlinks but my domain authority is 10.

In short create high quality backlink with different referring domain.

Avoid creating Directory, Classified, Blog Commenting.
