Thanks Adam, that's pretty much what I thought. The owner of the company is pretty paranoid and I'm a bit of a novice at this so I wanted to double check since this isn't a full domain change. I know the pages will be redirected but I'm waiting to hear back from the coder that they'll be 301s.

How do I best handle a minor URL change?
My company is about to complete an upgrade to our website but part of this will be changing the URLs slightly. Mainly the .aspx suffix will be dropped off the pages that we're most worried about. The current URLs will automatically redirect to the new pages, will this be enough or will there be an SEO impact? If it helps the site is www.duracard.com and the product pages are the ones we want to keep ranked. For instance if someone searches for "plastic gift cards" our page '<cite>https://www.duracard.com/products/plastic-gift-cards.aspx</cite>' is #3 and we want to make sure it stays that way once we change it to 'https://www.duracard.com/products/plastic-gift-cards'. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

RE: Google places page where is my additional information
The last time I edited my places page there was small text that I didn't notice at first saying the changes would go through as soon as they have been reviewed. Unless someone can say for sure that you should be able to do something else, I would recommend just waiting a few days and checking back. This is assuming that you already took the steps to properly verify that it's your business to Google.

RE: How did my Page Authority and Page Rank disappear?
I had a feeling it had something to do with that. I'll have it redirected, thank you!

RE: Is it possible to have an ogranic and places listing on the same SERP?
I just ask because the tool can show exactly where your site should be showing up in the SERPs and may provide a little insight. If nothing else it saves some time.

Does the Rank Tracker tool show the site anywhere in the SERP for the main term?

RE: Can bad links be removed from a website
If these are links TO other poor quality sites from your site then you should be able to just take them out of the code. If they're links FROM the poor quality sites, then yes, like Gareth said it's a matter of actually getting in contact with the webmasters and requesting to be removed.

How did my Page Authority and Page Rank disappear?
I've hit a problem. A couple days ago my site's page authority was 51 and the PR was 3 and now they're 1 and 0 respectively. The developer did adjust some of the code in the site in the past couple days but that shouldn't have affected this. It was last cached by Google on the 5th. Can anyone offer some good advice? If it helps the page is www.duracard.com

RE: Hitting the top of Google Places!
Hi Ruslan, Google Places is pretty much based on customer ratings and your location so the best way to rank up is to just market to locals and practice good customer service. Make sure your listing is up to date and takes advantage of everything there is, especially the offers. Some businesses will offer a reward, like a discount, when people leave a good rating but I've never liked this practice. You get superficial reviews and possibly a ban from Google.
However, a lot of customers will be happy to leave a good review if they had a good experience and you ask them politely. It's mainly location-based though. If I look for restaurants near me, I'm going to see the nearest ones first, not necessarily the highest rated (at least that I know of). For people who have already reviewed other businesses Google Places will try to narrow results down a little based on what the person seems to like.
