We are setting up websites for our dealers. We are considering whether it is better to set them up as independent domains (i.e. www.dealer-state-brand.com) or as subdomains (dealer-state.brand.com) Any thoughts?

The following question is in regards to http://footeschool.org/.  This site is not getting indexed with google(googlebot) This only happens when the user agent is set googlebot. This is a recent issue.  We are using DNN as CMS. Are there any suggestion to help resolve this issue?

I am looking to adjust the metrics displayed in the dashboard Overview report and the other subsequent reports to display a monthly time frame instead of a weekly time frame. I see the pull down bar that looks like I should be able to adjust the time frame but only weekly is given as an option. I do not know if this is specific to my account, that is, I am running on a subscription that only allows for weekly metrics. Thank you, Jon

The news about paid link campaigns is so frequent, that I have to ask the question....does Google allow any paid links? Aside from SEO, paid links can have visibility value. Much like an exit sign on the highway, the paid link says "Get off here"

To help with DSEO we are consdering setting up a .org and .net of our brand name (the primary site runs off .com obviously). We are thinking that the net/org sites will: Be one page that is optimized as we need (standard stuff like copy, title, alt-tags, meta desc, etc.) Will be hosted on separate C-blocks Will have a google sitemap that is submitted to Google Webmaster Central Provides a link back to .com Any other suggestions? Please help me decide the benefit (from an SEO perspective) of hosting a company blog externally (either on blogger or self-setup external domain) or hosting on company's website.

I am trying to manage DSEO for a client. The question is: would blocking a page listing from my client's Google Sitelinks cause that blocked sitelink page to be independently listed in the rankings and therefore potentially stuff a negative listing further down the rankings? Or would the blocked sitelink not show up at all in the SERPs
