I have been working hard for over two months on my sites in seomoz and have seen some nice results in some (www.etraxc.com/ and www-my-etraxc.com  for instance.  Still I am really frustrated by www.classroomconnection.us/.  I cant even get on the first page with the search term "classroom connection."  i would love some help on this one. On a related note, does it help to have links to YouTube videos about the content?  If so, how do I ensure that this piece is working well for me? Thanks a ton!

I have a site that I use to time fitness events and I like to post the results using query strings.  I create a link to each event's results/gallery/etc.  I don't need these pages crawled and I don't want them to hurt my seo.  Can I put a "do not crawl" meta on them or will that hurt my overall positioning?  What are my other options?

What is the best way to improve this in reference to my competition?  My site(s) are formatted well, returning no errors or warnings.  I have removed my keyword meta-tag and tested my sites against the keywords that we want to appear under.  Now I need to close the gap on the competition.

How much will 5 of these errors hurt my search engine ranking for the site itself (ie: the domain) if these 5 pages have this error.

How big of an seo issue is this.  I provide downloadable results for fitness events and after I pull the data I "redirect" it to a plain text file that is actually created on the fly.  Is this a problem and, if so, is there a modification that I can implement to avoid having my site suffer for this? My SEOMoz trial is drawing to a close and I have spent the month doing a ton of cleanup on my sites to remove errors and warning and otherwise comply with the basics of what I need to do to help position them.  What I need to do now is take the next step and move them "up the ladder." SEOMoz looks good and I don't want this to sound like an ultimatum but I am also getting better at Google Analytics and their Webmaster tools.  The question is, "Should I pay the money to SEOMoz or just work with google?"  I am a very small shop with a very limited budget.  Also, time is of the essence...I am prepared to continue my subscription if I can get an answer to the question:  "What do I do next and how can SEOMoz help me where just knowing Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools can not?" Ok after my first SEO report from seomoz I re-structured one of my sites.  I basically split it into two different sites.  I did this way before it was re-crawled on 5/1 and the results still show pages that no longer exist on that domain.  What is causing this (user error I am sure but I just need to know what I can do to fix it).

Ok I know that this would be a huge over-simplification but I am wondering if there is (at least a bird's eye view) a checklist of SEO do's and dont's?  I checked to see if something like this existed but could not find one.  Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks~

I keep getting duplicate page title errors on www.etraxc.com/ and www.etraxc.com/default.asp, which are both pointing to the same page.  How do i resolve this and how bad is it hurting my SEO.
