Two of my urls point to the same site. For example: 123.com and OneTwoThree.com. Because the pages have two separate url's and the same content, my Google Webmaster Tools account is showing this as Duplicate Meta Descriptions. Is there a way around this?

More than 1 XML Sitemap
I recently took over administration of my site and I have 2 XML sitemaps for my main site and 1 XML sitemap for my blog (which is a sub-page of the main site). Don't I only need 1 sitemap for my site and one for my blog? I don't know which one to delete - they both has the same page authority. Also, only 1 of them is accessible by browser search.
http://www.rmtracking.com/rmtracking-sitemap.xml - accessible in browser
http://www.rmtracking.com/sitemap.xml - regularly updated in Google Webmaster Tools but not accessible in search browser. I don't have any error messages in Webmaster tools.

RE: Should Canonical URLs be used in Wordpress?
That makes sense. For now, I have just added the canonical tag to the urls. Thanks so much for your help.

Should Canonical URLs be used in Wordpress?
Wordpress offers Canonical URLs in the "All in one SEO" settings. I know that canonical tags for page content will cause the search engine to ignore the content, but I don't understand this setting in Wordpress. The Canonical URLs box for my blog had been checked until a couple weeks ago. I unchecked it (removing the canonical tag) and now I have about 300 duplicate content pages acccording to my SEOMoz reports. It appears that it's just the blog tag in the url now that is causing the confusion. Here's an example of the same url with two tags:
http://www.rmtracking.com/blog/tag/aclu/
http://www.rmtracking.com/blog/tag/rfid/
Should I activate the canonical URL setting in Wordpress again. If not, how can I fix this?
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Brad

RE: Does Google index Wordpress pages with frames
ok, I'm just helping out a friend who showed me this site. I have no idea how it was built. So, do you think this site is indexable and SEO friendly?

RE: Should a no-follow tag be used on a ssl or trust seal?
I think you are right. If there's any benefit for being a secure site, the search engines should be able to pick up on that from the search results. Both Verisign and Mcafee do indicate a secure site in the search results. I'm just now switching from Mcafee to Verisign, and I guess there's no reason to pass link juice to them. Thanks for answering my question.

Should a no-follow tag be used on a ssl or trust seal?
I'm just wondering if there would be some benefit if this was followed since the purpose of it is to add trust to your site.
