I just looked and I don't see it used that often, what tool are you using?

RE: Rankings and keywords
Do you see over optimization or are you just saying that as a general rule?

Rankings and keywords
I have a site www.firewall-cs.com that I have been working on for 4 months. The first 2 months the keywords were going up and then...dropped like a rock! We didn't build the website, but it is a Wordpress site so I can make some changes.
For the keywords that have "IT" in them, we haven't been able to recover. It's like Google isn't even reading the home page. The home page slider has the H1 in it and has 3. I have told this to the client. Plus there isn't a lot of content on the page. Is the H1 issue enough for the word "IT Support Orlando" to not rank?
Any suggestions would help!
Thank you.

Press Release Sites
I don't do that many press releases, but I need to do one soon. I had been using PRweb.com and I see they raised their prices. Are they considered the best online PR site or are there sites people have used that have gotten similar results for less money??
Thanks

When to post blogs?
If I was to put 2 blog posts on my site a month, does it matter if I post them on the site at the same time, or is their benefits in posting them a week apart?
Thanks!

RE: Local Listings
You mentioned Localeze as one that might be worth it. What others would you say that send info to other places that would be worth it. One's that may not be on getlisted.org.

Local Listings
I use getlisted.org as my local listing guideline. For some of the local listings you can "upgrade" the listing for a price instead of doing just the basic free listing. I was wondering do people pay for the listing and is it worth it? Are some of them better than others to get an upgraded listing?
Thanks for the help!

Google Places and Google+ for business
When I acquire a new client I have created them an internal Gmail that I use for Google Places and now Google+. This has always worked.
My question is, can I take over a Google Places listing on my email and still do a Google+ for business page and the reviews show up? Or does it have to be all under the same email?
Thanks!

RE: Cost per click on PPC
I just tried that, the cpc seem on the low end, but I assume it is an average for the United States.

Cost per click on PPC
What is the best way to get a good cpc estimate other than actually running the campaign?
I have had several people asking for budgets and wasn't sure how to answer.
Any suggestions?

Blogs
I am thinking of starting a couple off site blogs for myself. 1 I might share some client information and link building and the other would be for me to rant.
I was thinking about doing a wordpress or blogger blog, someone recommended Tumblr.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Twitter and Link Juice
Sorry if I am late to the party with this, but I thought Twitter stopped giving sites link juice?
I have been running some sites through Open Site Explorer and there main links are coming from Twitter. I have other sites who are on Twitter and nothing comes up.
Why is that? Thanks!

RE: Article Marketing and Penguin
His main company will only allow 4 pages on his site. I am working with him to try and let him put a blog on the site. If they won't allow it, I will have to stick to off site marketing and link building.

RE: Article Marketing and Penguin
So what would you recommend as a good link building strategy?
-
Article Marketing and Penguin
Can sites like Ezine.com and Articlebase.com still be used to create good links?
I have heard since Penguin, that article submission sites like those don't work anymore for link building.
I have a client who can't put new content on his site and will rely on link building, what is the best way to go about it??
Thanks.

RE: Finding Good Content Writers
Thanks for the information. I will check out People per Hour. I have used guru.com and elance.com, but wanted other places to find good people.

RE: Using city location in keywords?
For adwords you don't need to put the geo tag because you are only marketing to a certain radius. I have seen where the CPC was more expensive when I put in the geo tag.
With SEO you def want to put the location unless you are trying to rank nationally.

RE: No idea where to start with Adwords
If you just started up your campaign, Google should have emailed you saying you can contact them for help setting up the campaign. Take them up on this. They offer 30 days of coaching as well. That way you can learn from them without wasting a lot of money. I have been running campaigns for a couple of years and took Google up on their coaching offer on a new campaign I was setting up. It allowed me to ask them questions and to make sure I was doing everything I could to get a high CTR.
Hope this helps!
