Congratulations on launching your new site. As others have mentioned in this thread, MozRank is a predictive popularity "score" that comes from Linkscape, the SEOmoz link index of the Internet.

The short answer to your question is: in order to get MozRank, make sure you earn good, high-authority links to your site. Linkscape generally finds most important links on the web in 30-60 days, but sometimes it can take longer. This is especially the case if the links are buried beneath layers of navigation or not well linked to.

Just so you know, MozRank is a predictive metric based on, and similar to PageRank. Earning MozRank in itself will not help your site to rank, but there is a correlation between sites with high MozRank and ranking potential. The highest correlation with ranking potential is actually Domain Authority.

Regardless, keep working to build high quality links to your site, and they should show up in Linkscape soon. As soon as they are in Linkscape, new MozRank calculations are automatically made for your site.

Two years ago Google stripped toolbar PageRank from most of the profiles on SEOmoz. The links here still pass some value, but build too many of these links and you're much more likely to incur a penalty today.

This entire school of link building discussed on this page is dangerous - and filled with snake oil salesman who care nothing about harming your rankings. I've never heard of Linklecious, but it looks like they've been de-indexed by Google, so it's safe to say they were penalized.

Instead of risking burning your site to the ground with low quality links, invest your time in long-term payouts by producing good quality content and earning the links others can't earn.

In a short answer, directory submissions have been abused over the years and we've seen a marked decrease in their effectiveness even as recently as the past 12 months.

The old rule for directory links was to build them in a 2:1 ratio. That meant for every two directory links, be sure to build at least 1 regular, high quality link. Today, the ratio is more like 1:1, or even reversed to 1:2.

If a directory is easy to get into, it's probably not worth your time. Too many of these links can lead to a drop in rankings. Done judiciously, they can give a small boost to your rankings, help round out your link profile, and help target specific anchor text phrases (again, when done in moderation)

As for classified submissions, I'd be wary as I've never seen any evidence that they help SEO, and like low value directory links, too many "easy" links can harm your rankings.

First, a disclaimer. I'm not an expert on SORBS-SPAM, so take my advice with a grain of salt. That said, with millions and millions of IPs on the list, including IPs that host big and powerful sites, it's doubtful that being on the blacklist alone will hurt your SEO much.

The bigger problem is any email you send may get blocked. Regardless, it's a good idea to try to get yourself de-indexed. Apparently, this is a fairly common procedure and you can find information on that here http://www.sorbs.net/faq/retest.shtml
