RE: Avoiding Keyword Stuffing
I wouldn't use this as your Title, if you're optimizing for the keyword Used Car Loans, I would instead use something along the lines of:
How to Finance Used Car Loans - Branded Name
or
Used Car Loans In (Area)
or
6 steps to Used Car loans
Something that looks more natural and good for the user eyes and reads well. Always put the user experience first.

RE: On-page optimization - Am I doing it well?
Hi Zora,
I would agree with Karl, adding some H1, H2 tags into the flow of your content and link to other pages within your website would not just be good for SEO but the the user experience as well.

RE: Would this harm my SEO?
Hi Miguel,
I wouldn't recommend stuffing your keyword all over your product page, I would recommend you have the keyword in the title, and the description of the product page. Adding the keyword accessibly is only going to look like keyword stuffing.
Natural is the best way. For some examples look at your top brand competitors product pages and see how they have done it. Also keep it relevant to what your product page is about.
Hope that helps.
