You don't want exact keyword anchor text pointing from one page to a page targeting that keyword. That might make the page with the link compete against the targeted keyword page.
It's best to target one keyword per page, unless the keywords are related.

Quality content. Ask them what they want on their blog.
I'd avoid article directories. They are not bad, but from a value standpoint, guest blogging has more potential. Either way you should be creating unique content. If you contact the bloggers prior to creating the material, then you can almost guarantee a spot on their blog by writing about what they want on their blog. It's always better to have people in place willing to "buy" your info before you spend time writing the article.
Justin Briggs uses a similar strategy for his info-graphics. He details his strategy here:
Work with popular blogs in your industry and find out what content they would like to see. Then make it.
The value from having keywords in the URL is low. It's not worth adding unnecessary length.
Most of the rankings value is in having the keyword in the domain for external anchor text purposes.
Version A. It's more concise. And more likely to be shared.
Singular. An exact match is better for most optimization, except for internal anchor text.

I'm not sure. I'm assuming it would.
But one thing I noticed is that this page: http://www.unitedbmwonline.com/bmw-parts.html, a main category page, takes you to a 404 page. Something to fix.

Also as a general rule, category links should be at the top for easy navigation.

Your page content is well-optimized, but the user experience (UX) could use a tweaking. There are flashing banners and categories, which make the website look spammy. Google's latest Panda Update has put an emphasis on UX, making time-on-page and bounce rate more important. Improving those attributes and having a graphic artist de-clutter your page layout would help.
The keywords in the URL isn't a big factor on its own. But since most people are lazy when in comes to anchor text, they only put the website name, which includes the keyword and gives that site a rankings boost.

Version 2.
Keywords in the URL can help, but Version 1 looks forced. And it lengthens the URL.
Not very important.
You will receive a boost if the old domain has many backlinks with relevant anchor text, but if not, the two sites should be equivalent.
301 redirect the pages to new and relevant content if the pages are receiving traffic.
If they aren't receiving traffic, I'd take them down.
Use only the primary keyword.
You can use both in the body text, headings, meta description, etc. (if they're related).
Either of these title formats would work nicely:
Primary Keyword | Category | Site Name
or
Primary Keyword - Category | Site Name
Sitelinks are just shortcuts to website sections, which provides easy navigation for searchers.
Having a sitelink wouldn't hurt unless you are specifically targeting one landing page for people to enter your site.

When did you sign up for SEOmoz Pro? It can take a while for the crawler to acknowledge links. This is from a past Q&A by Joshua Mullins:
"the seomoz crawler is very conservative and will take a while to pick up on links. This has both good and bad aspects. Don't worry though you can always check in Google's webmaster tools for backlinks to your site.
It usually takes 1-2 months for the mozcrawler to find links to my sites. If you are impatient you can try pinging the links with something like pingomatic.com although i am not sure if the mozcrawler listens to those signals or not...."

URLs are best when they are short and static.
Shorter URLs are more likely to be shared, typed-in, and they look better.
Make sure there is only one website version like James said.
It certainly could be Panda. Your click-through-rate is likely a result of being on page 2. Getting back on page 1 will dramatically help that.
If your CTR was poor before, you probably should adjust your Meta Description and make sure you are targeting the right keywords.
Your title is long, but not long enough to be cut off by an ellipsis (>66 characters).
A common title format that I like is: Product - Category | Company
You can always test different title formats and re-calibrate if necessary.

Another possibility is the way Facebook shortens URLs:
"this is quite frequent problem. I guess that you click in FB and visits in GA will never be the same, but this difference is really huge.
From what I've heard, Facebook is using its own URL shortening methods for treating the outbound links such as Ads. The trouble is, that this method is apparently problematic with some features like redirected or shortened URL. Try to remove the goo.gl address and run the Ads on the full original URL (just keep the URL builder parameters)."

If you Google "facebook clicks different than analytics visits" you'll see many people in your situation.
Clicks are usually different than visits in PPC. The same person can click your ad multiple times, which raises your clicks, but not your visits. This could certainly account for the discrepancy. Google Analytics isn't 100% accurate anyway.
How much traffic do you have? Could it just be a large fluctuation?

I imagine Google uses the same techniques for blogs that they use for AdWords, which are:
-Domain
-Search Term
-Physical Location (IP Adress)
-Google Search Personalization

I think that would work from a content-optimization standpoint. The issues would be external: anchor text, local links, etc.
It's all context dependent. It depends on how relevant the sites are, what you mean by low quality, etc.
And if your talking about websites full of junk/spam, then no amount of those sites are worth a quality, relevant link.
Make the keyword rich domain an information site. Build traffic for that and link-to/reference your brand site.

Does that have any significance? Should I be routing pages to the " / " version?

I'm having several site issues and I want to see if the Q parameter in the URL is the issue.
Both of these index. Any capitalization combination brings up another indexed page:
http://www.website.com/index.php?q=contact-us.
and
http://www.website.com/index.php?q=cOntact-us
The other issue is Google crawl errors. The website has received increasingly more spam crawl errors. I've read that this is a common issue and most likely is a Google Bot problem. Would removing the q parameter fix this entirely?
Here is an example:
http://www.website/index.php?q=uk-cheap-chloe-bay-bag-wholesale-shoes
You could 301 the keyword domain.
Another option is to build up the keyword domain as a popular informational site. Then send referrals and link to your brand site.
Do you want them actually deleted or just removed from the search index?
-If you have links going to those pages, a 301 redirect would maintain the majority of the page popularity
-If you own the site, you can request that the URL be removed from Google searches via Google Webmaster Tools:
