Yes that looks fine but it should be done at the server level via apache and mod rewrite as that one is only getting that page and your blog has many pages. For example you can go here: http://blog.fdmgroup.com/uk/blog/ which is really the homepage of your blog, and that one doesn't redirect to the other page.

RE: Pages with Duplicate Page Title
It also appeared to be located here: http://blog.fdmgroup.com/uk/blog/
I found it by doing a simple Google Search (see attached).
You can easily replicate it by changing www. to blog.
Hope that helps!

RE: Pages with Duplicate Page Title
2 Easy Steps to fix this issue:
1. 301 Redirect your blog subdomain to point at the www version.
2. Hire an SEO to help you fix this or study up at the Moz Learning Center and do it on your own. -
RE: Managing Subsidiaries. Should I house them all in a single domain? What about a single social media presence?
The real question is, do you have the time, energy and resources to manage more than one website / social media / seo campaign really well? Having worked with companies who tried that approach, it seemed like they split there attention and none of them really panned out. The ones that got the focus did well. I'm not saying you should not do the subsidiaries, but perhaps that can come later, if one area grows beyond what the site can do from a content standpoint, or needs more SEO attention. As Alan mentioned it's about the brand, and in my experience, managing one brand vs eight is more resource/time/cost effective.

RE: Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools Setup for Agencies
We typically create a master email account (usually in gmail), which is really helpful for things like Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics, but it's also helpful to use that to link up to Adwords when necessary. Individual employee email accounts are good too, but it's also good to have that backup. We will also use the master email when it comes to doing some basic link building such as grabbing a few high-end directories that tend to over-promote. Ideally though, anyone who needs access should be given so via their own email account so they can be held accountable. More than this it saves time when accessing accounts.
It should also be known that Google Analytics has a limit of 25 on the number of accounts one email can create.

RE: What is the fastest way to re-index an important page?
- Agree Google+ works pretty fast (Bonus points if it gets shared)
- Have a high profile website share it
- Twitter still works pretty well, (Bonus points if it gets shared)
- Be sure it's in your xml sitemap, resubmit the sitemap to Google
- Install Google Analytics
- Bookmark it on Delicious
- If it's a blogpost, register your blog with feedburner

It would be Great if their were further integrations with Google Webmaster Tools
It would be great if their were plans to integrate Google Webmaster Tools into the mix. Specifically the Errors section. I am currently working on a new Campaign where I am seeing a little bit of overlap, but Google is finding all sorts of different missing pages from 3 redesigns ago but also quite a few current ones. Currently in SEOmoz: 0 Errors, while Google is reporting 12 - 403 Errors for some content the client unpublished.
While the addition of Google Analytics was a nice, it would be great to dig further into Webmaster tools and Analytics with features that discover errors and provide actionable next steps.
Is anyone else seeing these discrepancies between SEOmoz and Google Webmaster Tools?

RE: SEOMoz is finding jpegs on my site and reporting them as pages with missing meta titles
I am having a similar issue with one of my campaigns and it is not due to broken links, but a photo gallery we are using. The photos are links controlled by javascript The strange part is, it just happened now and the campaign has been running for some time. I guess the big issue is what is the proper course of action? I don't mind the images getting crawled - but don't want them showing as missing title tags and meta descriptions as it makes the crawl difficult to read as I don't believe these should be seen as errors.

RE: GOOGLE Rankings
Dave -
While your question is a bit vague, here are some things to check out: their are quite a few more factors that affect search rank than meta tags. Check out this site for more Google ranking factors.
Also check out Google Webmaster Tools, and you can check out anything that might be plaguing the site. You can also add your xml site map there.
Good luck,
Drew
