Error Code 803: Incomplete HTTP Response Received
On 5 pages on our site we've got an Error Code 803: Incomplete HTTP Response Received.
We checked the network interface within the browser inspector, which did not return any errors, this would mean than there were no issues with retrieving resources from the server. In the console log there are no errors also.
We also inspected the URL bar settings and can see each page is loaded under a secure connection with no errors.
When using http://www.webconfs.com/http-header-check.php there was a "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently" issue.
A little in the dark on what to do next. Any help would be amazing!

Using the £ sign in meta title
Is it a bad idea to include a £sign in my meta title? It currently has a price incentive in it. Does Google not like this from organic traffic titles/ meta descriptions?
Thanks,

Suspicious flux
We currently rank #12 for a competitive term. Every now and again we'll drop below rank #50 for a day and then we'll be back at #12 the next day (as was the case yesterday and today). We also dropped in the same fashion for two other terms that are arguably a little less competitive. There were no alerts or messages on Search Console and no major site changes. What could be the cause of this? Is it a suspicious flux and if so, what could be the root of it?

RE: Duplicate content query
Marcus,
The duplicate content on each product page runs at about 35%. Would that be considered a reasonable proportion?
Thanks.

Duplicate content query
I'm currently reauthoring all of the product pages on our site. Within the redesign of all the pages is a set of "why choose us?" bullet points and "what our customers say" bullet points. On every page these bullet points are the same. We currently have 18% duplicate content sitewide and I'm reluctant to push this. The products are similar but targeted at different professions, so I'm not sure whether to alter the text slightly for the bullet points on each page, remove the bullet points entirely or implement some form of canonicalisation that won't impact the profession-specific pages' ability to rank well.
