hi everyone, I need your help! 🙂 What's the best way to redirect a lot of urls from sign _ to sign - ? We changed our e-shop CMS and we don't use that _ anymore. We have more than 100.000 URLs and you can imagine that we don't to do by hand. Any chance of doing it with .htaccess easily? Thanks!

We run the biggest yellow pages in Lithuania, and lately we have allowed companies to put their facebook' links on the info page. You can see the facebook button on the left: http://www.visalietuva.lt/imone/fcr-media-lietuva-uab We put the no-follow attribute for now. Should we do that or just leave it as follow and expect that Google will count this as "trustworthy" link? I hope I made it pretty clear 🙂 Thank you very much.

I do not know how to easily explain that but I will try 🙂 We are running the yellow pages in our country, where most (all) of the companies are listed. Each company has their keywords that are used in our search. All of those search keywords are indexed by Google and it goes something like that domain.com/search/keyword So far this page only lists the companies that match the search query. So that's not much content. I'm thinking about adding a sentence that would go something like this:
The search query lists the companies of our country that do KEYWORD. So far COUNT was found. That seems pretty short and I am not sure if that does a lot of help for Google. But I cannot think of more text. Any ideas? Or should I give up on the idea of adding anything at all?

For every single company that is listed we have Creditworthiness - that helps to find information about their payment history and their business status. It's pretty useful. An example could be found here: http://www.visalietuva.lt/en/company/dizrega-uab/creditworthiness Some companies that are proud of their result started putting Iframe on their pages:
http://dizrega.lt/lt/kontaktai/firmos-rodikliai We noticed this on Google Webmasters, when new links started to appear.
So we are not sure if this is good for SEO? Of course this is good for our Google Analytics:))
If this is good, maybe we should send offer for our clients, that we can help to put iframe like this for free, for people who are not able to do it themselves. Your opinions please!

Hello, I will try to explain what I want and I am not sure if that is possible. Firstly I want to set up my Google Analytics that I would know where people come from and how many of them click on Google Ads. For example:
Facebook > 2% of them click on ads.
Google > 3% of them click on ads.
Direct > 6% of them click on ads.Or whatever the results are. Secondly I would like to take people coming from facebook and divide them into age groups. For example: 100 ad clicks from facebook.
25-34: 9 clicks (9% of total facebook clicks, 2% of total ad clicks)
18-24: 7 clicks (.....
35-44: ... and so on Thirdly I would like to know which group use the adblocker the most.
Any other stuff that would be interesting if working with adsense? I believe that this would help me working with my target audience the best on facebook. Should this be set as goals? Sorry I am not an expert of Google Analytics 🙂 Thanks for the help.

I guess a lot of people have this problem... And it really sucks, especially when you generate your money from adsense. So I have the site that has a lot food recipes in Lithuanian. Mostly indexed pretty good by Google. But still a lot of older women come from facebook and click on ads. (woohoo for them). So far I have 50000+ fans. Third biggest food recipe community in Lithuania on facebook, all fans came themselves, never bought them, never cheated somehow.
The biggest community don't get any reach at all - like 1 or 2 likes on every post. They got everything by cheating, sending spam and so on. OK who cares about them anyway? So the problem is that my reach started dropping. My posts reach only 2000-5000 fans and it is not enough for me. I tried to post time when I post and so on - does not really help. I make like 2-5 posts per day with new recipes or very very old recipes (like posts that were not posted for 2 years to remind that they exist). Sometimes I say post something and write "if you like chicken click Like" or if you like fish share with your friends. It helps a lot - people really click on those more and the reach increases. But if I would start asking for these likes every single time three or five times a day, it would look f*cking stupid. So  I need all your tips or links to great articles that would help me if that is possible. Thanks 😉

The problem is the for the long time we had a website m.imones.lt but it was blocked with robots.txt.
But after a long time we want Google to index it. We unblocked it 1 week or 8 days ago. But Google still does not recognize it. I type site:m.imones.lt and it says it is still blocked with robots.txt What should be the process to make Google crawl this mobile version faster? Thanks!

Going mobile: Responsive or different mobile version?
Which one should we choose? It seems that the responsive design is OK, but the first comment kills that opinion and says that it is pretty hard to make it OK. 🙂 So I need more opinions? What is best for people and for SEO?

I recently noticed that the domain authorities dropped by 5 or 6 points for us and for our competitors. And for many other pages that I check regularly. Was the algorithm changed or is it just me?

We have a website called imones.lt
and we have a mobile version for it m.imones.lt We originally put noindex for m.imones.lt. Is it a good decision or no? We believe that if google indexes both it creates double content. We definitely don't want that? But when someone through google goes to any of imones.lt webpage using smartphone they are redirected to m.imones.lt/whatever Thank you for your opinion.

I recently updated my subscription to the better one and want that my campaigns would scan more pages. I still cannot this how to update on the settings page? Should I create a new Campaign and delete the old one? (That would suck)

But I can't figure it out what it is. We implemented the same code on our other websites: http://www.imones.lt/fcr-media-lietuva-uab and http://www.1588.lt/imone/fcr-media-lietuva-uab . The snippets appear on Google and works perfectly.

Yesterday I started analyzing some of my keywords (Search Queries in Google Webmasters) and I'm not happy with some results. Some of them are doing pretty good and some just suck! For example avg position 1.0 and a brand name keyword gets me 98% CTR - Awesome. Would be happy with 80%. Another keyword which is pretty important for us, avg position 1.2 gets only 8% CTR. What the **** ? Is Google Adwords killing my results? This keyword is very competitive. I believe that meta description is pretty good compared to another results from the organic search. Some keywords that rank on average 3.5 gets better CTR but are not getting so many search queries. The keywords are in Lithuanian, so I don't see the reason to post them here. All tips are appreciated! Thanks

hello everyone, imagine that I have a website with Pagerank 7, PA50 DA59... and there is another website who is my competitor... so I decide to buy them... Pagerank3 PA30, DA25.. So I redirect this website to my domain...Using google webmasters I say to Google that it was redirected... So does this improve my SEO or no? Do I get part of the link juice and so on? Can this really improve my rankings?

We are currently running the "yellow pages". The problem is that Google Webmasters reports a lot of duplicate title tags. It's because we have three languages and the title consists of company name. for example: FCR Media Lietuva, UAB (The same in all languages). Of course we make different meta desriptions and so on. How should we solve this problem or should be just leave it as it is?
