Duplicate for META title would be simple as exact same title. Period.

RE: .land extension or .com extension? Please help!
congrats on your .com i wouldnt bother with the .land for now. Anyway let me explain why..
1st of all most people would use .com if they are not familiar with your website and not everyone as of today is familiar with .land TLD. So if i was one of your friend or have heard your site the very first thing i would do if i dont remember your domain is use .com as TLD, yep...
2nd is that i dont think you will be aiming for "the land of baby hazel" as your keyword and if you will i dont think .land would be of any help.
3rd just think of those 2 reasons above, lol but anyway i wanna hear from the PRO's for more elaborate explanation and their own point of view.

RE: "Via this intermediate Link" how do I stop the madness?
I think this is the right time to use "nofollow, noindex" what i will do is change the content of the page where your visitors visits the most and want to redirect to the new one. Change it contents and warn visitors that you will be redirected to a new site and then do a meta refresh (do not use domain forwarding as some hosting converts it to 301, do not use canonical as well) meta refresh it for 5 seconds or more enough for your users to read the content just not shorter than 5 seconds (just to be safe) do not place a link on the content (just to be safe again) just remember to use "nofollow, noindex" on all the pages of your old site and disallow on your robots.txt
hope this helps

RE: "Via this intermediate Link" how do I stop the madness?
Seriously why complicate things? The problem was the old site and you know it thats the very reason why you created a new site. Just like MarieHaynes said "It sounds like a complicated situation though so I don't think we can give you a complete answer without having a deeper look at your site" maybe wait for few weeks and let google find your site again and if you have corrected your site, google will eventually correct its data too.
Best of luck.

RE: Does a dynamic meta creation harmful for seo?
hi thanks for your response, i'll wait for the others opinion... anyway i have a question for you if you dont mind... what if it was a content? like a description of a category with 200 words up and displayed on the page as an article describing the category? then on each categories description the only changes made was the name of the category.
example using the same keyword
"If you are visiting hongkong you would want to have your own car for your convenience. Find affordable rent a car in hongkong only here at website.com, all you have to do is browse check for the details blah blah. Only here in website.com you would find the most affordable rent a car and so on and so forth..... up to 200 words up"
the underlined names will be change if the user browse to other categories.
Thanks a lot

RE: Image with 100% width/height - bad ranking?
yep agree with both answers above i just wanna re-quote this
"If the page is taking a lot longer (which your website doesn't) to load then this could influence the ranking"

RE: Google pagespeed / lazy image load
im curious too what i know is that anything generated by javascript is unreadable by any search engine robot.. they just dont know that language its client side .. but the thing with lazy load is that the content is there just the image is not loaded until its shown on screen.. i mean the tags wrapping up the image.. if webmaster tool "fetch as googlebot" could fetch it then you dont have to worry anything.. but still i wanna know others opinion too
