I had a .in TLD version of my .com website floated for about 15 days, which was a duplicate copy of .com website. I did not wish to use the .in further for SEO duplication reasons and had let the .in domain expire on 26th April. But still now when I search from my website the .in version also shows up in results and even in google webmaster it shows the the website with maximum (190) number of links to my .com website. I am sure this is hurting the ranking of my .com website. How can the .in website be removed from googles indexing and search results. Given that is has expired also. thanks

I changed some links of my website and deleted some links and created some links. After that I generated a sitemap again and re-submitted to google webmaster. I used 301 redirects for deleted or changed links and there are no broken links on my site (this is confirmed) sitemap was generated from here http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ in my sitemap 285 links are present but google webmaster is showing that only 218 links have been indexed. Also my traffic felt down considerably since last 2 days ever since i submitted my new sitemap. Also when I searched for my sitename in google, it showed top 6 results within the site now it is just showing top 2 results. for reference my website is www.geekwik.com HAVE I DONE ANYTHING WRONG? OR IS THERE A MORE AUTHENTIC PLACE TO GENERATE A SITEMAP. REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP ON THIS.

I have an online services website www.geekwik.com which I started 3 months back. I also recently made a clone in TLD geekwik.in which has the same content, only pricing is in INR and is targeted at India users, while geekwik.com is targetted at global users with pricing in USD. How do I manage these 2 sites so that I do not face duplicate content penalty from google and the sites do not cannibalize on each other. Is there anything specific I need to do in robots.txt or .htaccess or sitemaps or hrelang etc? I personally feel that after putting up geekwik.in couple of weeks ago, the ranking of geekwik.com went down and I started getting lesser search queries. I would be putting up an IP based switch on both sites shortly so that Indian users are redirected to .in TLD and non-Indians are redirected to .com TLD. From SEO standpoint what are the things I need to do to counter these problems mentioned above. Putting India version in a subdirectory is also an option.

Have one more question. There are people offering monthly SEO contracts like this http://www.link-building-strategies.com/monthly-link-building.html My question is that is it worth it for $199 a month? Though its reviews are good on freelancing sites but  I can also hire a full time employee for that cost. Is there anything a dedicated employee cannot do that these guys are offering? Only drawback I see is I dont know the links where these guys are submitting but I am ready to spend much more time (my employees time) to get the things done. Please suggest. I have started a ecom site with following config global version    geekwik.com     priced in usd india version   geekwik.in     priced in inr mostly the content in both sites is same (90% same), major difference is currency (and payment gateway) and helpline numbers etc How do I setup robots.txt and google webmaster so that indian users get results from India TLD and global users get results from global TLD and there is no duplication of content. .
